This is so annoying 😡
I needed help with my client Area password around 1 o'clock this morning the customer service been so very poor, I've received a response around 4 then i replied... I've not been attended to, since then been waiting hours to get help, i should've been already busy working by now.
I like your vps services but if don't have a better way to attend to your clients without having them to wait hours to get help then you gonna lose your loyal clients.. please improve responses to client by not keeping clients wait so long to get help.
It's now 09:35 still nothing..

I had a terrible experience with this…
I had a terrible experience with this service. It wasn't right for me, so I cancelled it within the first month, and this was last year. Despite cancelling through the correct channels, I have received multiple requests for payments via email. I find it unbelievable and disgusting that they are not respecting my cancellation (which they confirmed) and continue to send me the same emails repeatedly. It's a clear disregard for my data and requests.

We would like to clarify that, invoices and reminders will be sent to clients only when the invoice has been created and the service was not cancelled by request, instead, cancelled due to non-payment.
An invoice will be generated automatically 14 days before your service due date. Even though invoice was created, if client requested a cancellation before due date, the invoice will be cancelled automatically, on the other hand, if there was no cancellation request made accordingly, and customer did not make payment on the service, the invoice will remain unpaid, and thus reminders will be sent.
We are also curious about one thing, if clients kept receiving reminders and invoices after service termination, when client send us enquiry, we will void the invoice. We doubt if there is any conversation made to our support team to act on the cancellation of the invoice. We have request for your email here to check on this issue, and we will provide the case find out directly in this feedback here once we have received your email for detailed clarification.
