FastingSkool has been the greatest find of the year, at least as far as fasting and biohacking ! Taylor takes the time to answer our questions individually and always gives practical and insightful advice. I have been in many fasting groups but this by far the best. I think it’s the combination of Taylors passion , knowledge and overall willingness to help . We have live sessions on various topic and I always come away inspired . Taking advice from Taylor’s page has been one of the best decisions I’ve made while cutting weight. I hit a major plateau recently and was struggling to cut off a few more pounds then I installed Skool and ran into Fastingskool and I’ve been on go ever since!!!!!!!!!!
