Antwoord van Fast Loan UK
Hi Megan,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback - we're sorry to hear about your experience.
The text you received was sent because you'd become eligible to apply for a new loan as a returning customer. However, all applications are still subject to an affordability assessment, and unfortunately, on this occasion, we weren't able to approve your request based on our responsible lending criteria.
We understand how frustrating this must be, especially after receiving that message. If you'd like more details about the decision, please don't hesitate to get in touch with our support team.
We're sorry to see you go and wish you all the best.
Joe and team are 10/10
Joe and team are 10/10 - if you find yourself needing a loan go to them on the first instance. You deal with humans and not just a system - can't recommend enough if you find yourself needing support.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the time it took to receive a response regarding your loan application, and we're sorry we couldn't help with your loan on this occasion.
We aim to review and respond to all loan applications as quickly as possible, and we do get back to every customer with an outcome. However, during particularly busy periods, processing times can sometimes be a little longer than usual.
It's also worth noting that our response emails can occasionally be filtered into junk or spam folders, so we always recommend checking these if you're waiting to hear from us.
We appreciate your comments and apologise for any frustration caused by the delay.
Quick and easy
Quick and easy when needed to cover an urgent expense for my car. The flexible repayment choices really helped to make it affordable too. Would use again if needed.
