Absolutely terrible experience. I placed my order weeks ago and still haven’t received anything. Fastly London completely ignores all my emails — zero communication, zero responsibility. The worst service I’ve ever dealt with. I want my money back!

Right so update on my last review

Right so update on my last review, order received way overdue, I haven't waited this long with orders shipped from Korea or China. Their response to emails takes that long as well. If they will improve on shipping time and response to customers it will be a good point. For now don't think I'll be ordering any more.

No returns or refunds for unhappy customers.

My one star review is based fully on the fact that I have emailed their customer support to arrange a return and refund and it got declined on the basis their measurements of the sunglasses on the website and the product received are the same. First of all, the email address mentioned does not work, I had to research for the correct email address.

I have explained the reason of my return is that I am not happy with the quality of their products. They replied asking if I have measured the size of the items and if this is the same with what is mentioned on their website. That’s not why I asked for a refund! then they have replied saying my request has been reviewed and my refund request has not been approved.
On their website it mentions if you are not satisfied with their products they offer a hassle free return and refund. It is all a scam and are trying to make this whole process difficult and impossible to return their products and get your money back.

I am sorry to say but DO NOT USE and DO NOT ORDER from this website.

Scam

EDIT - Still haven’t received return information….

Didn’t receive my items for 2 months so raised a chargeback with my cc company. They asked me to cancel chargeback as the items were in transit to which I declined. I then asked for return details as the items would no longer be needed so I’d send back once received which they didn’t provide. They’re now sending me threats of legal action lol. The products are completely shoddy and terrible quality. Wish I’d seen the trust pilot before I ordered, absolute scam company.
