Delivered promptly and collected when asked. The staff responded to emails promptly as well. Great service

Absolutely rubbish company, they delivered the skip earlier that was planned and blocked everything on my driveway, disappointing but we would around it for a week, the week of the hire came and went, looked on their website they state the skips are collected 1-5 days after the week hire, well we are in the fifth day and guess what the skip is still there, I have emailed them numerous times to collect and trying to speak to someone today to find out when it was being collected is a fat waste of time, I just keep getting put to the overflow line and all they can do is to ask an agent to call me back, which surprise surprise they haven’t. So frustrated with this company, I can’t get my bins out, the kids bikes out or even the lawn mower. Yes they were cheaper than other companies but cheaper doesn’t mean better. I will never use this company again and we in the process of doing a full house refurb. Rubbish Rubbish

Good delivery, placed skip where a requested, would use again

The skip was delivered as expected and the charge was the lowest on the internet. Very courteous driver.

I was able to order the skip easily on line, great early delivery, which meant I had a full day on the day of arrival to fill the skip. We could have had the skip for a full week if we needed it, but once it’s full I can ring Fast Skips and they will collect it. We will use Fast Skips again as we know they’re reliable.

My skip didn't turn up the day I had asked for it and had work planned out for it.

Probably should consider a rebrand to ‘eventually skips’

Good service and on time delivery

Skip should have been delivered on Tuesday and wasn’t. Was promised it on Wednesday. Did not happen. Finally got it at 3.45 on Thursday. I’m on very tight time constraints and for a skip to be 48 hrs late is not good service

Delivered on day it was booked for Which was a Thursday , we filled skip over that weekend and I sent a email Monday morning that the skip was ready for collection, no reply till Thursday that week to say it has been booked for collection and will be collected by the following monday .
No collection of skip at end of day Monday 😡
Contacted them again Tuesday to be told it will definitely be collected Wednesday .
Guess what no collection, no calls to say they have a problem, nothing.
I once again called to say it’s not been collected and told they will look into it 😡
The skip was finally collected this morning with no answers to why it’s wasn’t collected or apologies.

I booked a skip at a reasonable price I was pleased with. Booking process was straightforward and I had a phonecall to remind me my skip would come the next day - Friday. However on the day the skip had not arrived by midday, no phonecall or message. I called Fast Skips to be told they had not been able to get in touch with the contractor and would try again and call me back. They called back to say the skip would now come on the Tuesday - 4 days away. Not happy to have to chase them to find out they were not coming when I had set the weekend aside for the clear out. On a positive note they refunded my money within 5 days and were apologetic. I wouldn’t use again.

I ordered my skip for the 10th June, I called for an ETA and they advised the skip was now being delivered on the 12th. Had a guy call me back to say actually it is coming on the 10th by 15:00. It got to 16:00 so I called for an ETA and they said I was given false information and the skip will actually be delivered on the 12th. 3 of the staff wasn’t much help however I did speak to a lady who was very apologetic. 2 days later than expected is no use when you take the time off work to actually use the skip.

I cancelled the order over the phone to then be advised they don’t provide a cancellation email/text or cancellation reference which is also useless 👍🏼

Skip arrived as stated. placed perfectly, everything as expected and price was reasonable.

The skip came in the day ordered and the driver was very pleasant and cheerful

Skip did not come on the agreed day.

The order was then cancelled and money refunded. This was agreed with Fast Skips.

The following day a skip arrived and was abandoned at my property. 5 days later still trying to get this skip removed as it’s blocking access.
Avoid at all cost. You have been warned!!

Order a week in advance and got a phone call the day before the skip was due to tell me it won't be delivered till Friday if I was ok with this. Told them I needed it for Tuesday thats why I ordered it a week in advance told me ill get a phone call back to let me know if they could come. The day it was due in the mid morning saying it was coming friday. So I cancelled this and got a refund back.

Delivery was delayed by a day but apart from that it was quick and easy to order and pay.
Delivery driver was friendly and helpful, asking where I wanted the skip then confirming when dropped that it was in the right position.

Still waiting for skip to be collected nearly two weeks past the stated collection date. It’s causing hassle as not only is it blocking my drive but we are getting people coming by digging through it looking for scrap and leaving a mess.
The delivery was good, no complaints there but this has been a real let down.

Great at delivering a skip, but they don’t seem to be bothered to collect it. Requested collection and the advised it would be collected within 3 days, but never showed up. Again requested the collection and advised it should have been collected already but they just again advised a 3 day collection window, and again have failed to show up to collect the skip.
Poor service, I’d suggest using another company unless you want a permanent skip on your drive.
