Received a bonus ..i waggered my bonus until it was real cash
Tried to withdraw £370.
First it was verification which I completed
Then it was 36 hours to wait for my withdrawal
Then I asked again i was told to be patient
Then comes the email after 5 days saying my withdrawal has been rejected due to breaking bonus rules , which I never did.
Logged in to the site .they had swiped money from the account .left me with £20

VOLEURS !!! J'ai déposé 50€ avec un bonus (75€). J'ai joué le bonus, et suis arrivée sur mes propres fonds (48,50€), le bonus était donc terminé et clôturé en tant que "Incomplet". J'ai ensuite gagné et fait une demande de retrait de 1000€. 5 jours plus tard (!!!!) je reçois un mail m'indiquant que 500€ ont été confisqués sous prétexte de non respect des conditions du bonus, bonus inexistant puisque terminé. J'ai contacté le support en ligne dans une colère noire et ils m'ont bloquée au lieu de résoudre le problème. Je n'ai toujours pas de nouvelles des 500€ restants en demande de retrait (ceux qu'ils n'ont pas confisqués). À FUIR CE SONT DES VOLEURS

Don't trust this site as I had two bonus games freez on me on mystery mission to the moon I thought no problem I'll just reload them and all will be good but I was wrong it just started the game as normal both times so I went on chat providing a screenshot from the second time it had frozen they said they would get back to through email from there team well I just got one today saying they found nothing wrong and that I was credited with the winnings which I absolutely wasn't

I won 900$. I send all the personal documents they asked for. They told me that my profil was verify and all good. Finally, i received an email 2 days after. They wont pay me because of a certain term and conditions i didn't respect...no explanation further, and they close my account. Impossible to know why exactly. TOTAL SCAM

Interfering in games SCAM

I genuinely thought that I would be paid out winnings which I had rightfully earned. They are refusing to pay out and are supposed to be refunding me the money I deposited but I strongly believe they won't.
They let me sign up knowing I'm a resident of the UK, they let me deposit knowing I'm a resident of the UK but they will not pay winnings because im a resident of the UK. Absolute scam!

It's not explained that bonus funds are max of £2 a spin bets.
Anything above voids the whole win you make, and it won't be paid out.
Verification takes a long time, as do withdrawals.
Once you're all done though it's a good site with plenty of games.
