Fasttrack Airport Parking Reviews 

Have been using FastTrack/Avistar for over 10 years now as my wife is flight attendant and I fly often. Generally they are okay but often the wait to get picked up is quite delayed....especially while waiting on the shuttle at the airport. my longest wait was 45minutes. I also wish they would put some importance on paying customers, instead of only catering to the airport employees.

I use this facility when I need parking at Atlanta Airport. However, I was charged for an extra day foe going ONE (1) minute over my assigned time parked at the facility.

The attendant and drivers were very helpful and polite, considering it was my first time. Thank you..

Great parking and help from the driver with the luggage. Very reasonable rates. Just had a long walk to get to the shuttle on the return trip. Otherwise great place to park!

The only reason I continue to park here is because it's so cheap. I have been using this lot for over 5 years. The potholes are giant and have never been fixed. I no longer see people parking in the sides of the ramp up to the actual lot, so that's good. Sometimes I have to wait more than 10 min to get picked up from my car, and often the drivers will circle the lot many times before we actually head to the airport. And when getting picked up from the airport I have waited over 30 min MANY times before a bus arrives.
Some drivers are very nice and helpful - loading and unloading my suitcases - and I try to give a tip to those as I appreciate their help. There are others who play inappropriate music on the drive, talk or text on their phone, and one driver who put the bus in park at a light and watched a video on their phone.
As I previously stated, I only park here because it's so cheap and you get what you pay for. I have to make sure to factor in all this additional wait time when traveling. I would NOT recommend this lot to anyone.

Shuttle service on return: long wait, longer lines. Add more shuttles.

Everything is good at Fasttrack Parking except their pick up at the airport. You can see 5 to 7 other vehicles from other parking lots arrive while you're waiting on just one. The drivers are helpful and friendly.

Lots of space open. Seemed to be a safer area. Shuttles ran fast and the drivers were careful and very nice.

The service has always been good, very personable and the shuttle buses are clean and comfortable. The driver is always helpful in loading my luggage on and off the shuttle bus (I always do tip them). My only complaint and I know they seem to be in the process of renovating their site, is the parking lot itself, it needs to be resurfaced badly. It has been difficult at times to even be able to tell what the number is of my parking spot and the others around me to be even be able to count to my spot. There are a lot of pot holes throughout the parking area as well. But the service has always been excellent! I have been parking at this lot for over 25 years, it had been under another company earlier on.

Price is good and when a reservation is made, there is always a place to park. New buses, but parking lot needs new paving. Buses pick up fairly quick.
