Remote notarization is regulated at the state level, and unfortunately it isn’t currently permitted where you’re located. We understand how frustrating it can be to discover that limitation at the end of the process.
After you reached out, we processed a full refund on January 15. If you have any additional questions or need help in the future, our support team is always happy to assist.

Is Anybody there?
We have tried continuously for weeks and weeks to get in contact with this company. We call during hours listed on the site only to hear a recording to call during business hours. On occasion if we do get a hold of Zach's sister (who answers the phone: “Hello” with no business identifier) who can’t help us. We’ve tried to do a contact support from the site to no avail. Even Zach himself said he would send an email; but didn’t follow up.

Made setting up my will painless!
FastWill made setting up my will efficient and easy—without lawyer-speak or overcomplicating the process. I felt guided through the each step of creating my will, and I was able to understand every term as a layman. I’ll sleep better at night knowing I have a will in place! Highly recommended!

This is a fantastic product
This is a fantastic product. It is very user-friendly and gets the job done. We have been putting off doing a will (not something most people are looking forward to doing) and the Fastwill process was painless and informative. We especially loved being able to have our documents notarized without leaving out home.
