Very annoyed
Traveled to Bakewell today while on holiday from Northumberland, and popped in to Fatface to acquire boxers, which I had forgot to pack. While looking through the stock one of the attendants parked himself a couple of feet behind me. I'm a 54 old and wouldn't think I would flag as a potential shop lifter. The whole experience made me feel very unwelcome and then very angry. I've probably been shopping in Fatface longer than the assistant has been alive, not anymore.

My favourite FatFace to shop in…
My favourite FatFace to shop in locally. Always has a wide range of stock, staff always make a fuss of my dog Mabel and the staff are always helpful, especially Oliver. Clothing is always made to a high standard.

Better stores around thank goodness…
Collected my order and tried it on in store. Sadly colour not as expected, very creased in packet so presumably creases easily while wearing too. Couldn't tell if it was see through (not lined) as it was too dark through out the store to check.
The store lighting is absolutely awful. I had to go to the doorway to look properly at the colours of garments. Very dingy store and in my opinion a bit off putting.
Only one store assistant around who was lovely. However queuing times obviously longer than ideal at the till as she was all by herself.
Changing rooms dull and dingy too and no hooks to hang clothes on.
Come on Fat Face you can do better than this!

Smooth operation
The garment I had ordered online arrived at the shop in a few days and I was quickly informed. There were no problems with collecting it. I shall certainly use the click and collect option again for stock not available locally.

Ordered jeans from bakewell to be emailed saying they didn't have delivery address so gave it then finally got package but they sent me slippers not jeans as ordered an even said on invoice ,still not replied to my 2 emails fuming is a understatement ,UPDATE thanks for reply from fatface they very apologetic and resnding my jeans so hopefully sorted soon 👍
