Pleased with item, a good sized stylish handbag at a reasonable price

Had great help with an exchange today, at FatFace store in Bath. Special thanks to Sam and his colleague.

It's a Christmas gift - but disappointed in the ordering process. Decided not to contribute to environmental destruction by ordering online for pick-up in Bath. I was allowed to designate a day, which helped as it meant I could plan a visit. I do not live in Bath, so it would incur travel costs. Unfortunately, I only received communication on the designated day that the delivery would be delayed. I then heard NOTHING. I waited until I couldn't put off my trip to Bath any longer, and visited the store to ask if it had been delivered - they said it would be there until I received an email. On my journey home, within an hour of that conversation, I received an email saying that the item was now in store. This meant making yet another journey. What a waste. Won't try this again.

My order was delayed and I knew I couldn't get back to Bath in the timescale. I didn't want to wait till the pick up deadline for my refund so a man in the Bath store said he'd refund me as soon as my item arrived. It arrived a week ago and still no refund. Really disappointed

Wonderful store and absolutely amazing staff! They were so patient and didn't tire of finding me other sizes. Sam especially was so attentive and helpful, he made my shopping experience in this store. Cannot recommend them enough. This has so far been the best fatface location I've been to, and I've been to quite a few.

Leo in Bath made my first experience with Fat Face amazing. He did not give up in finding a jacket in a large size when it was not available at the Bath location. He tried several stores in places we are travelling to and found a large in Stratford for me. He’s a great kid and I would suggest a valuable employee. Thank you Leo. 🙂

Great colour and very snuggly.
I like the colours of Fat Face clothes and small details like buttons on the sides of jumpers.
Clothes last too.

Bought a girls swimsuit Click & Collect it arrived very quickly and I was able to collect much sooner than I expected. The store still had a sale on so was able to find an additional swimsuit to buy as well. These swimsuits were lovely,good quality and a very good price.

I ordered a hoodie 9 days ago with click and collect and I still Havnt had an email to say it’s arrived instore. Have been in touch with customer service three times who have been most unhelpful. Told me today there are no click and collect deliveries on the weekend so I would have to wait till Monday! Definitely not good enough. Won’t be ordering from FatFace again!

I love Fatface so much,the quality of the clothes & accessories. Shoes are beautifully designed & very comfy. Value for money alittle high in price but worth it. Highly recommend this high street store. Thank you

I am very happy with my purchase, it arrived quickly and is nice quality. However I feel I must say how disappointed I was going in the Bath store to buy this item, the staff were inattentive, I had to interrupt a conversation to get help and then had to go home and order the item! I’m not surprised the high street is declining.

I like the chinos I bought very much. Good quality fabric, lovely colour. However, I had been hoping for some staff help when trying on clothes but the only member of staff on the shop floor was engrossed in conversation with her friend for nearly 10 minutes, I stood nearby but decided I couldn't wait any longer.

Great choice in garments helpful staff great price

Caryl Thomas was extremely helpful going the extra mile. My wife and I went into branch and ordered the rose cardigan as the shop did not have a size 14. It was ordered and sent to an address that is no longer accessible to us. Caryl rang customer service and sorted our problem reordering the cardigan and ensuring that it is delivered to the correct address. Caryl is a star, she is alway happy to help and is happy and smiling whenever we see her.

The products from fat face are always top quality, the dress I bought was lovely and has pockets (always a bonus for me) the staff in the shops are always polite, Friendly and very helpful keep it up fat face 👍

I love fat face goods, all of them. My recent purchase of jumper, spring/summer sandals and two pairs of trainers was yet another successful order. Plus the fact that I could pick it up from my local store in Bath, try on and take home.
