Good quality clothes friendly staff and helpful prices resonable for high standard clothing materials only downfall need more new stock in

I bought a jacket online before Christmas but needed to return it as it was too big. Really lovely, great quality jacket though - so I was keen to try and get a smaller size.

To save postage, I returned the original to the Bath store (it's great that you can return online purchases to a store) and was very glad I did, as Leo there was very helpful in processing the return smoothly, but also in helping locate other stores in the area that were showing stock - as the main website was sold out.

Leo took the time to note down a couple of stores for the next two sizes down so I left armed with some really helpful information - thanks Leo.

I've bought a few things from FatFace recently - and have been really impressed with the quality of the items, loving the 'tall' range - and have had great customer service from them too.

My mum and I were served by Drew on 22/12. He was very friendly and extremely helpful, he even searched the store for a pyjama set! he was so lovely and I really enjoyed my chat about dogs with him!! I’d definitely recommend coming to the store purely because of the great customer service. Thank you Drew!

The store was very tidy and well organised, and when I asked Drew for help he was incredibly enthusiastic and more than happy to assist me, helping me look for and choose the items I needed. When I couldn’t find a product he offered to order it for me, which he did efficiently. I hope he receives the recognition he deserves for his friendliness, enthusiasm, and absolutely impeccable customer service, especially during this busy time!

Today I had the pleasure of being assisted by Drew in the Bath branch of Fat Face. She went over and above the norm in helping me find a jumper to suit my needs. Drew was so kind and patient, an absolute asset to the shop, and so unusual in this day and age. Thank you, Drew!

I was extremely impressed by Drew who works at the Fat Face store in Bath. I had already asked one of the sales assistants about some combat trousers and she said she didn’t know and didn’t seem to fussed. However, I then asked Drew who was instantly “on it” she asked for a colour, description and went off to find them. She went to the stock room and within minutes was back with trousers. She was so very helpful, courteous and friendly. An absolute star and asset to the company. Customer service at its best. Thank you Drew, amazing.

Roberta in the Bath store was extremely helpful in locating an item I was looking for from another store and reserving it for me to collect which I did yesterday.
