Rude member of staff
I've been a customer of FatFace for many years and regularly use the shops in Beccles, Norwich, Southwold and Bury St Edmunds. I like their products and have generally had good service from friendly staff.
On this occasion however, for the first time ever, I had to return an item, which was faulty and I had to deal with a female member of staff. She was rude, condescending and deliberately sarcastic. She also seemed to take great pleasure in being as unhelpful as possble. I had washed the item once, at the correct temperature and it had lost its shape and elasticity. She in effect accused me of lying about the temperature at which I had washed without any basis for doing so (she didn't even examine the item) and came up with the priceless line "well if you bought a joint of beef in Tesco's you wouldn't expect to be able to bring it back if it had been in the oven".
I have rarely experienced a member of staff in a public facing role with such a poor attitude and since this event I now discover that I am not the only one have a similar experience with this particular woman.
I certainly won't shop at the Beccles branch again and it is only the helpful staff at FatFace customer service department, who helped me resolve this issue,which has kept me as a customer at the other branches.
It is a shame that one member of staff with such a poor attitude can potentially spoil the reputation of an otherwise excellent brand.

Nice item unfortunately I’m long body so no good as wear too short there otherwise if they fit better would have kept them. Bought them online nice and quick. Had to take them back to the shop in Beccles who where very lovely and kind as are the Norwich branch

I had to go into the store in Beccles…
I had to go into the store in Beccles on Saturday to return an item for my Partner. Even though I couldn't actually return the item to the store directly (it had to be sent via Royal Mail instead), the two ladies who work there were fantastic in helping me, and I couldn't thank them enough. They deserve a pay rise.

Perfect go-to tee
I love my tee-shirts--lovely fabric, colour and fit. I bought in navy and white, and will certainly buy more in other colours. Speedy delivery and i collected from my local store. Such helpful and friendly staff.

Always lives up to expectations.
I have been shopping at FatFace for a long time. The quality of the products are consistently great well designed and a good fit. Our branch in Beccles is a great place to shop they offer a great selection for a small town store.The staff are amazing so it’s really like visiting friends. FatFace really is my favourite brand.
