I bought a gift online and sent it to Belfast. It didnt fit so person took it to your Belfast store with an emailed receipt and was told they couldn’t exchange the item or get a gift card. Money was refunded to my credit card but person is left with nothing. Not happy

Be careful of leg length sizing
Colour and fabric met requirements as did the style, HOWEVER LEG LENGTH SIZING INCONSISTENT 10 and 12 both fit (12 slightly better) hips/waist wise but the size 10L was an inch longer than the size 12L. The size 10L also varies with the right leg slightly yet noticeably to me shorter!! No decision as to whether will keep as yet, but disappointed at the apparent poor quality control

Perfect top
I bought the Flora stripe top in the sale at my local store. I was lucky to get it as only 2 left! It's a gorgeous top - lovely colours and great quality as always from Fatface. It goes perfectly with my Lucee oatmeal cardigan. Belfast store is always well merchandised and staff very helpful and friendly.
