Poor customer service
Bought a Paisley Scarf at 16.39. I was the only customer in the shop. I put the scarf on the desk and Olly processed the payment; I said I didn’t need a bag. My scarf was crumpled on the counter - He didn’t touch it after scanning the code. He completed the transaction and turned away. I asked if he was going to fold the scarf and he said - “It’s a scarf, that’s it” and then turned to the female assistant who was looking at the display rails and started talking to her. She heard my comment and looked awkward. He was rude, didn’t engage with me as a customer on any level. I accept it’s only a scarf but you sort of expect the staff to make you feel that they think it’s a nice choice and treat it with a little respect but Olly simply couldn’t be bothered. As the only customer in the store, he made it clear I was an inconvenience. Went on to Seasalt and had a completely different experience. Maybe Olly should have some customer training?

Wry good sales on but when I got to the till the bar code had been cut and the two young ladies struggled to get it and so had to call a third person to come and sort it out. Had to wait around 5-10 minutes but they did apologise

Skirt
I ordered the skirt online on Sunday evening and collected instore on the Wednesday. Was served straight away and had collected my parcel in 5 minutes. Great service.

Always easy to buy (and if necessary, return) clothes at FatFace.
A good range of styles and colours to choose from too, and one of the few places that I can buy off the shelf and know it's going to fit, thanks to the different size options.
