A lovely store and a great range this year - well done Fatface!

Had a rather unfortunate incident when a gull deposited a rather large load all over my top and cardigan! I went into FatFace and the ladies couldn’t have been more kind and helpful to me. Jules & Di offered me hand sanitizer and a plastic bag to put my dirty clothes in, helping me choose a new top and helping me in any way they could. They were so lovely & made a disaster much easier. Great SOH too. Thank you ladies 🤗

A pleasure to shop in FatFace at Dartmouth. Kate, the assistant manager, was particularly helpful after I got into a muddle with a gift card - so thank you. The whole team at Dartmouth are lovely. Great clothes would shop there again!

On Wednesday 15th January 2026 I went into Fatface in Dartmouth. I was helped by Di who went above and beyond, phoning another store to hold some boots for me. She was warm, not pushy, just genuinely lovely and helpful, and she brightened my day.
Thanks Di and the manager was ready too!

Picking up a click and collect and was greeted with a lovely friendly smile, ended up purchasing some more lovely items. Great check out service thank you Kate and crew

I love looking at the enticing window displays that draw you into the shop. Here the clothing items are brightly displayed but not so overcrowded that you can't move clothing on the hangers.
The staff are welcoming and VERY helpful without being intrusive.

All 3 ladies @Dartmouth Fatface, Di, Kate & Jules are fabulous…..go and see them if you ever get soaking wet. Xxx

Regularly visit Fatface in Dartmouth - the staff are lovely (especially Kate) and there is always a warm welcome and treat for Barney the border terrier. They’re great!

Always easy to do order online and do click and collect. Ordered at 8pm and it was in the store the next day ready to collect. Friendly staff and a really nice shop to look around, good quality clothing

Bought a couple of lovely items one evening from the Dartmouth store. The next morning I went back and found them on 50% sale. When I questioned whether anything could be done the manager, Kate, was so so helpful! Really friendly staff at this store both times I visited. :)

Great selection of cloths/outfits and so appreciate being able to get sizes over 16, thankyou, unfortunately I'm on meds and find unable to slim to size 16 but 18 and 20, great choices. Really helpful staff too.

Items were delivered to my nearest store. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Jules was so helpful and welcoming. Fatface no longer does kids clothes (a real shame!) so she helped me find size 6 clothes for my daughter to try- going through the whole shop and giving advice about using the website to find different leg lengths on trousers. She recommended some items that my daughter loved.

Gwyneth is such a lovely lady and a superb member of the Fat Face Staff in Dartmouth. Thank you so much for your help today.

We were served by Julie and she listened to what we required and she went out of her way to give us options. There wasn't the right size in stock so she arranged for us to get a home delivery for a date and time that suited us which was delivered exactly on this date.
