Welcoming
Staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. Clothes easy to find, with help on hand if needed. Able to walk in with my well behaved dog, which makes it easier and more accessible to me to be able to shop. It also means I spend more money!

The service is always very good - and very quick. Very convenient to pick up from Didcot store - free parking for 2 hours.
