Very easy ordering and easy return in store, but the jeans were described as mid rise and were SO high waisted I didn’t even bother to try them on. Collected and returned within 5 mins

Love FatFace cloths and very happy with the online services as I don't always get a chance to get to our local store- but the staff are always friendly when I do. Love the new trouser ranges - and would love to see more cropped trousers for summer like there were a few years back !

Wonderful shopping experience in Godalming FatfaceI shop in different branches of Fatface…
I shop in different branches of Fatface but Godalming is special. Jessie and the team are all so friendly, cheerful and helpful. I always feel they have time for you and are so happy to help advise and make suggestions. When I was in on Saturday I had seen their lovely interactions with other customers and it is a joy to behold when so often staff in other retail outlets can make you feel as if you are an inconvenience to their day! I look forward to my next visit.

What a fantastic customer experience at the Godalming store! Jessie & her team are so friendly, helpful & knowledgeable.
Jessie knows the stock so well, & showed me pieces I’d not noticed and helped me put a fabulous outfit together
The merchandising is really beautiful too, with pieces they know look really good together, on the same rail to help their customers see outfit choices.
Absolutely first class -thank you ladies! I’m walking on air ! I’ll be back!

I always enjoy shopping with FatFace
I always enjoy shopping with FatFace, quality is good and I love their dresses. I especially like shopping in my local store in Godalming! Customer service is great, the team are very helpful. Jessie and Ali are always so welcoming and friendly and go out of their way to help.

I have been struggling to find jeans…
I have been struggling to find jeans that fit and found that Fatface have a bootcut style that has a bit of extra room in the thigh. Very comfortable and under £60 so I am a very happy customer.

Amazing jacket
Amazing jacket. I brought it for my daughter. Very warm and comfortable. Also the lady help my partner to find the item online. She give him advice as is the last one. Helpful and friendly staff.

Always lovely helpful staff in Godalming.
They are relaxed and always try to sort out anything wrong and show good will. It's a lovely shop to walk around....things near, not overcrowded and no pressure.
