We love FatFace! The staff are always friendly and make a fuss of our black lab, Binx. She equally loves it as she knows she'll always get a biscuit. Even if we're not planning on going in she will now drag us in. Well played FatFace!! :-D Clothes aren't cheap but are always high quality, good materials, well stitched and last a long time.

Friendly staff and well looked after store

The blouse is very pretty and a very useful piece to have. It goes so well with jeans. I wear it out, not tucked in.
The neckline is lower than I'd like but with a necklace it's ok. I wear a black vest under it as well sometimes and it's ok if that shows, it fits in with the blouse pattern.

I've just been to your Malvern store and your colleague Cindy couldn't have been more lovely and more helpful. Nothing was feeling right and she took the time to make some suggestions for different styles and I ended up with an outfit that made me feel really good. I wouldn't have tried it on without her suggestion and I really appreciated her help and kindness.

Well done Michaela. Excellent customer service. Searching desperately to find a bikini in the sale in certain size and design. I had found something but I had purchased the incorrect size in part of the set. Michaela checked website, other stores and the wearhouse for me. I kept the original in the end but that doesn't take away the fact the service I received was spot on. Thanks

The staff at the Malvern shop are always so warm and welcoming. The manager, a lovely smiley chap, goes always above and beyond to help you and there is a friendly atmosphere at all times.

Other stores are always a positive experience as well, but my home branch wins!

The staff, including Emily, Mikey, Maggie, and Travis, were friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to be helpful, even making shopping with kids pleasant!
