Quallity product. Questionable returns policy.
I collected the item from my local Fat face store. The problem I had was that the item did not fit so I had to get a smaller size. Surely I could have just exchanged it but I had to get a refund to my card and pay again, the exact same price. Also, I collected my item from the store but was unable to get the replacement delivered to the store for some reason.

Super friendly staff
Super friendly staff, always happy to help. I went in to return an item and they advised that as it was paid by PayPal that I needed to post it. They packaged the item up for me so I could do it if at the post office rather than having to take it back home.

Took a while for parcel to come to…
Took a while for parcel to come to store. Assistant couldnt find parcel even asked if I had come to right store. Then brought someone elses parcel out despite me spelling my surname & showing her on my phone. Eventually after about 15 mins in shop she find it. She did apologise

A dream, green summer dress
I sent for a white, large collared blouse on-line but decided to collect it from the Harrogate store instead of having it delivered. I was disappointed by the blouse which was not a good fit and had a tight, uncomfortable modesty vest inside. It was very difficult to put on too.
However, I remembered a beautiful green summer dress from the website and asked if that was available. The staff member duly collected it from the stockroom and I was delighted that it fitted. It is from the National Forest Collection and is made from beautiful soft cotton, so
comfortable to wear with its button front and gathered skirt with pockets. The design features actual wild flower drawings on a spring green background
It was no problem to exchange the blouse for the dress and the Fat Face staff were very pleasant and helpful. I’m delighted by the purchase and looking forward to warm sunshine without the cold wind so that I can wear it. I much prefer to try on clothes in -store instead of having to return unwanted items.

Great service

Train your assistants better.
I tried on the skirt in the shop but it was too big and the assistant said that it wasn't available on line. Disappointed I left the shop only to find that it was!!
