Item arrived but much too big so ordered two sizes down - took original jacket back where there was no problem getting a refund and lovely assistant asked if she could help me source another which I had already done. Lovely staff always happy and helpful.

Fat Face always comes up trumps!
Definitely my favourite store - dress from head to foot in Fat Face and look and feel great! Fabulous service, speedy click and collect, super shop in Haywards Heath and wonderful clothes!

So pleased with my snoopy socks and purchases
Went into store to collect a number of items I had ordered online and ended up purchasing some items in store too. Bargain socks in the sale. When ever I visit Fatface they have the friendliest nicest staff. Always a pleasure to visit. Love the snoopy range - tote bags, socks etc.
