Strange staff.....
My refund experience was unpleasant and strange. I brought an item to refund and the staff refunded a wrong item on the receipt. So they refunded me an amount less than what I actually brought back. So far it is not unsusal. Everyone makes a mistake.
But when I spotted the error and asked them to fix it, the staff showed
obvious annoyance during the
process it as if I was wasting their
time for bringing up something totally fine. They did not say sorry or show
any signs of an apology for their mistake throughout the whole time.
Rather showed their irritation towards me.
I was quite baffled to work out what is going on and left.
When I turned my back I heard them talking about me not showing gratitude.
Again, I am baffled.
Correcting one's own mistake is not something deserves a gratitude from someone whose time was wasted from his mistake?
Expecting thank you as a social gesture requires a prerequisite of offering a simple sorry for their mistake beforehand I fear...!
I am not sure what had gotten them but may I suggest Fatface offer some stress management support or workload management to their employees so that they have less impact on them...let alone discussing about service quality.
Anyway I liked the location of the shop. Very convenient!

Staff were welcoming, helpful and polite. The shorts I purchased for my grandson was very well made I was very pleased with the quality, excellent. I would like the company to stock children's clothes in the shops.

Fantastic service
This relates to the store at Kings Cross station. The staff were very helpful. They processed my refund quickly and easily, were knowledgeable about the products helping me to select something that I would enjoy, and then tried to help find the product nearby in my size.
