I didn’t like the behaviour of the member of staff at the Nantwich store, I felt that she was trying to assert dominance rather than just being helpful, I would have given a five star review otherwise.

Always smiling and helpful. One particularly assistant is ever helpful and even with a refund, nothing is too much trouble.
In lots of shops, the reaction changes when I do a return. ( sometimes necessary). This lady remains pleasant throughout.

I had a great shopping experience at fatface Nantwich. Staff were so friendly and helpful and even a treat for my little dog! I find the clothes fit very well and great quality . I'm new to the area and will definitely be visiting this store many times in the future.

How about an apology?
Bought a shirt from Fatface online as a birthday gift for hubby to be collected instore. Item arrived OK. Two weeks later washed it in line with the label instructions and it shrunk from a Large to an XS. Returned to store and received a refund. But also received very unfriendly service and offered no apology or regret - I was made to feel this was my fault and Fatface certainly were uninterested in any inconvenience this may have caused me as a customer.

Controlled by computers!…
I purchase a jump suit and it fitted perfectly I fell in love with it but it had glue marks on the leg. I returned to the shop and they couldn’t get a new one in time and could not offer a discount. Apparently they have no control as they are run by computers! Not helpful!
