Extremely helpful staff
Great service

Staff were lovely and very helpful ,my online order was dealt with quickly and my returns very simple just took them back to the shop and the staff dealt with it for me and also ordered me a new size that I wanted.

Excellent assistance today in the Newquay store, Jan was very helpful with advice and styling options. Managed to get a whole outfit in one go!!

Easy to order, delivery was prompt and service was brilliant.

Really friendly and helpful. Loved my purchase and would definitely visit again.

It is the most helpful store of all also the girls in Fistrel beach store are lovely and so very helpful

Visited the store to exchange a hoodie bought online by my husband that was different in detail to the description on the website. We found one in the store that had the pockets he wanted. Jan was exceptionally helpful and sorted out the exchange without any fuss. Bonus: the 'old' version we found in the shop was a little cheaper than the new one online, so a refund is on the way too!

I had to return a jacket to Fatface in Newquay as it was not waterproof but had lost the paper receipt and had not asked for an email receipt when I was purchasing it. Vicki at the Newquay store bent over backwards to ensure that I had a full refund. Her friendly perseverance won the day. Susie and Steph at Fatface Newquay helped with some of the technical issues that occurred.

I was served in store today by Susie who was extremely helpful, I returned a pair of sandals as they were too small , this store did not have any available so Susie phoned around local stores to check stock levels & when none were available ordered them to be delivered to my home address .

Great quality and staff always friendly

I had to ask a MASSIVE favour of the staff at Fat Face on Fistral beach - l left a bag of FF shopping there and came home without realising. I live 6 hours away.
Steph was amazing she collected my parcel - in her lunch hour - from another retail outlet and sent me my things back - on her day off - and I actually cannot thank them enough.
I shop in FF loads and they went above and beyond for me here - thank you sooooo much.

Visited FatFace at Fistral this morning- lovely store on the beach. Served by Jan who was so helpful and unpacked a smaller size of the hoodie I wanted then took the labels off so I could wear it straight away! Brilliant service and of course I’ll be back!!

I ordered a jumper to be collected from the Newquay Fistral Beach store, unfortunately there was a problem with the order but thanks to Jan and Sue they sorted it for me. It took them a while but they were both so helpful and nothing was too much bother for them. Thank you both! I’ll be back in store to shop again very soon.

I recently popped into FatFace at Fistral in Newquay and was so lucky to have Jan assist me with finding an outfit for a special occasion, I’ve came away with the perfect outfit.
Jan went way beyond what I’ve ever experienced before when visiting a shop to buy an outfit, she’s of real value to the shop.

Whilst holidaying in Newquay, Jan from the Fistral beach store was really helpful and helped us contact our home store in Bournemouth to reserve a coat we liked in the sale. They didn’t have the size my daughter wanted in store at the time. She was also a superstar when I bought my hat to wear, cutting off my tags and showing me where the mirror was lol! Thanks Jan for going above and beyond today!

Amazing customer service by (Jan) She went above and beyond for me. I was after a size that they didn’t have in there store so she rang another store close to my home over 300 miles away and got them to reserve my item in the size i needed. Lovely friendly woman! She didn’t have to do any of that but just goes to show how helpful people can be! Thanks again Jan! Hope you have a wonderful New Year, best wishes!

I love Fatface clothing and Susie and Jo in the Fistral Beach shop are always so friendly, welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend a trip to see them!
