Recently ordered online and was happy that Click & Collect is available again which is very convenient for me.
Staff are always welcoming and helpful in this branch. Just hoping they extend their opening hours till 6pm. Thanks.

Very good quality items and excellent service

I purchased some jeans for my son. The process was easy and the jeans arrived very swiftly. As I have found with Fatface other children’s clothing, it is very good quality so I would definitely recommend it.

I visited Fatface in Reading to purchase a skirt which I wanted to buy using a one 4 all high street gift voucher that I thought had £20 on. But when the assistant put it through it declined. I was sure it still had money on it even though I knew it was a year and a half old so I just thought I must have made a mistake. A second assistant came over to ask what the issue was and then promptly looked up the gift card website and put the card number in to find that it did have a balance of £19.20 on which is why it didn't go through as you have to input the exact amount. Turns out once those cards are 18 months old they start to take 80p off the amount each month. These two assistants could not have been more helpful and went the extra mile and saved me £19.20 as the reality is I would have chucked the card in the bin thinking I had made a mistake. Absolute prime example of what good customer service is and a credit to the company.

Excellent quality shorts but I ordered the wrong size online. I took them back to the store in Reading and they refunded me with no issue. I then reordered online in the correct size and the shorts are perfect.

Fat face just for skinny men? An opportunity missed, sack the Buyer. As a larger, (fat man), I wanted 3 pairs of 44 regular shorts. M&S got my trade - very good ones too as Fat face only cater for skinny ‘gits’!
Come on guys! Think! Otherwise your kit is up to date and colourful. Our buys are of good quality and your staff excellent. Unfortunately, I have a medical reason for my larger waist but this ‘old boy’ will be back!

Couldn't find my size but staff was really friendly and kind. They explained how to order online and wrote down coat details which made my online shopping fast and easy. Happy with interaction with your staff and with my online shopping that arrived before it was due and of course with my new coat! :) Thanks!

I ordered a checked shirt, washed it when I got back, and the whole shirt is crinkled. Not creased.
I have never had that happen to a shirt before.

I needed to make a slightly complicated exchange in the Reading store and the staff were completely unfazed and so nice and made it so easy. FatFace is the best store on the high street and the staff are always fantastic.

The staff in the Reading store were excellent and very helpful. They took my address details but today I have received a message from evri that my parcel is being delivered to the Southampton store rather than my home address. I live in Reading!! I am unable to change the delivery address.

Retail can often be disappointing but not here!!! Trying to find a dress (one I have already in a different print which was out of stock online). Bracknell store were perfect on the phone- very helpful but our of stock. Reading store were amazing!!! I called and they found two dresses in my size and put them by for me. Great service when I was in store too. Big thanks for everything! Retail often gets a hard time but this customer experience, from both stores, was text book perfect. Well done 😊

When returning boots to exchange for a smaller size the shop assistant was extremely helpful and managed to arrange for my size to be delivered to me.

First time to visit the store and the staff were very accommodating and friendly.
