Was made to feel like a thief and…
Was made to feel like a thief and criminal whilst being followed around the shop. Will not be returning. I’m not trying to make this shop look bad as the products they sell are high quality but being made to feel that uncomfortable is not worth it.

From the st David’s shop
From the st David’s shop, I ordered a rugby shirt as the size wasn’t in stock. After a month, I asked if they d heard anything. The staff in the shop found that the order had been cancelled at the warehouse. Neither the shop or I was notified and no refund was given until the member of staff asked about it.
Other items arrived promptly and the staff in the shop could not have been more helpful.

Friendly knowledgeable staff in a shop full of quality items
Staff really lovely and helpful. Store is well presented and spacious. Lots of choice. My daughter bought me a lovely coat and it was difficult to just pick one! I bought 2 pairs of mens slippers as Christmas presents and loved them
so much I ordered another pair on-line. They are excellent quality and look cute as well

Lovely experience today in the Fat Face St Davids Pembrokeshire store.
The 2 members of staff there today, Amanda & Ditta couldn’t have been more helpful. They went above and beyond helpfulness in order to help me obtain Boris the Badger slippers for a Gift for my brother in law.
I await their arrival and look forward to shopping there again soon.

I ordered the product to be delivered to a nearby store. I was kept well informed of the progress and notified when it had arrived. Collection was straightforward. The item is good quality as I have come to expect from FatFace. Overall very pleased.

Rachel was a ray of sunshine on a rainy day
Always a great selection of quality items. It was a miserable weather day but Rachel at the St David's shop was a ray of cheerful sunshine; helpful, friendly and a good guide to the shop layout, which helped as this one FatFace I'd never visited before. The lady who served me (Anne) was Awsome . She represented your company very well and is worthy of praise .
I Found the size variations in the jean were limited , the trouser length I required in every style were not available .
