As often happens in this particular store, which was not busy, staff talking amongst themselves and no hello or greeting when I walked in, or as I browsed

Excellent quality fashionable clothing. Easy to order and arrived quickly to store. Good communication. Lovely friendly staff in store. Highly delighted

Quick delivery

I was in St Ives Christmas shopping and popped into the Fatface store. I was struggling with ideas for a presents and was so grateful for help from the assistant manager Louise! She was so helpful showing me different ideas and explained about the sizing etc. I left with a bag full of presents! Such a lovely atmosphere and staff in St Ives, thank you!

Jonathan at the St Ives store went above and beyond in helping me to source a product that I had been hunting for. He was so kind and helpful and went the extra mile, he is an absolute credit to the company and has restored my faith in humanity. Truly one of life's good guys, give this man a bonus!! Thank you so much for such great service

Not impressed that the store handed my online purchase to someone else without checking their confirmation, this was not returned so my item had to be reordered!! Ended up returning it once received as it was a very odd shape. Now I know that it is Next who now own Fatface, I'll be less likely to use going forward

Update: new item received and returned to store, still no refund after 10 days, beyond appauling service!

Fantastic value and style. I love this company, especially since they are sharing company posting locations. Walked into a shop in St. Ives in Cornwall and mentioned an item I’d seen in the sale a month before and given up hope of finding. Manager found item on website before I’d finished speaking. He let me buy the item on the shop computer. What a breath of fresh air to see initiative, commitment and good old fashioned values for helping somebody out. A fantastic item and brilliant choice of products. Love the style, price and quality of Fatface, full marks you, in a disintegrating, often disappointing, merchandising market.

Back to visit one of my favourite shops in St Ives. Didn't really need to buy anything but the staff both chatted to me and I ended up with a cardigan as I left. Lovely store and Jonathan certainly assisted (convinced me easily) to buy yet another item that I probably do not need.

Cracking shop 👌 love the sale (what's left of it). Bought too many items as Katie , this charming lady helped me pick some pieces. Roll on later in summer for my next summer visit

Went for some retail therapy and definitely got it at Fatface today. I was served by a lovely young lady who helped me get a whole load of items. A real treat to have someone treat me like a person and not just a sale. Plus ended up having a second purchase as I left the shop. A credit to Fatface!

I purchased the olive green purse & a teal handbag for my daughter’s birthday. I ordered online & the items were delivered to the store the next day. Easy process & prompt delivery.
Lovely quality, my daughter loves her gifts! They appear well made & the colours are beautiful. Very happy with my purchases. Great service.

Had a great trip to St Ives today and especially fun visiting Fatface. Full of lovely colour and summer atmosphere. I ended up buying a gorgeous green shirt as modelled by the cheeky chap who served us. My husband found a new friend whilst chatting away to Jonathan who convinced Paul to buy a slightly brighter shirt than I expected. Great Job!!

A day in St Ives....My bro in law was freezing! We popped in to an amazing welcome from Ariana and Jonathan...spotted a cool blue jacket..was actually a tad too big...suggested a smaller one...Perfect! Thank you 😊 🙏 so much!

I went into Fatface as I had seen a top online that I wanted. Unfortunately the store didn't have one in stock but the staff member was really helpful and ordered it for me. I love this cosy store, the staff are always so smiley, welcoming and helpful. Thank you 😊

Really cold visit to Cornwall this week but it was helped as a visit to St Ives where I was served by Ariana who helped me chose some pieces of clothing to try and and although I didn’t buy them today because of me leaving my phone in my accommodation. I am visiting the store again soon as popping down to St Ives to visit again and will definitely be purchasing the items. It was really appreciated to be dealt with by someone who genuinely just wanted to help and not push the sale and to make me feel and look good in the clothes I tried on. I will be back in tomorrow thank you !

Went into the store today to look for dresses but ended up buying a hoodie and tee shirt. Louise who served me also helped me by holding my dog while I tried things on and giving my dog treats. It was a very relaxed and warm& friendly feel to store. Will probably be back soon and so will be dog (woof woof) !
