I would love to give a good review but I still haven't received the dress I ordered. It was meant to be in store for me to collect on Monday. I had an email to say it would be a couple of days before it was in. It's now Sunday and I've had no further updates. I've been into my account and there's no update there either so I have no idea when it's going to be ready for me to collect.

Had no issues ordering my goods online. However, having said that it was a bit misleading about a new customer receiving 10% discount. You have to click on another link before it gives you a breakdown that 10% is only on full priced goods. I informed whoever I spoke to that this should be in bold letters at the very top. Anyway, I did receive phone call back and I was put in the picture.
Return of goods, no problem as I have access to fat face and also next. I got a physical receipt in the shop and also email.

Exactly what I ordered, available on the day I was advised for collection. Lovely lady handed it to me and showed me the changing rooms. Fits well. Brilliant.
No clear FF logo apart from the zip tag, unusual.

I picked up my online order seamlessly and also had a return at the same time to do. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Love all the products for me but great for gifts too. The shop in Stratford upon Avon is charming and holds so much for size of the shop - love how quirky it is

Was a free delivery collection to next, maybird shopping centre. Was quick, well informed, superb quality.

Easy collection from store and the team are helpful and welcoming when I arrived. Only reason for the 4 stars, was I had no notification that my parcel was ready for collection, I went in on the off chance that there had been some news on my order and it was already there.

I ordered some items to collect in store. Emails arrived saying items ready for collection etc. I went to collect a couple of days later and the shop was closed, several workmen there decorating. I had made a special trip into town and paid for parking etc. Not happy about this. Workman told me shop open next day so another trip to collect. There was nothing on the website or in the email to say shop would be closed for a few days.

Picked up the wrong size top while away last weekend and the guys in the Stratford Upon Avon store changed it for me with no hassle. Great service

Once again I ordered a quality item, in this case a sweatshirt, in their tall range, 3XLT.
Free delivery to my local store and the fit was perfect. Nice long arms and body length for my almost 7 foot frame.
It's just a pity that their trousers arou a couple of inches longer, up to 37, then they would be awsome.

Simple process, package delivered on time, staff at the store were friendly , attentive and efficient.

Arrived in store to collect an online order, I was greeted with a cheery hello. My daughter bought herself a chunky scarf while we were there. Always great quality clothing.

I have shopped in Fat Face for 30 years, their clothes are great quality, even if they lost some of their original edginess, however, this review is not about that. This is about some commercial person in Fat Face introducing a policy which means, if you need to exchange say to a different size, they charge you again for the new size and refund your original purchase, however, not for up to 5 working days, which means its an engineered commercial ploy to hold your extra money in their account for cash flow and interest purposes. NASTY!

In response the the request from Fat Face the transaction happened on 28th Sept 24 in the Stratford upon Avon Branch. We needed to change a pair of PJ bottoms that were large for exactly the same colour and type in Extra Large. At the checkout the person refused to allow a direct swap and insisted that we pay for the new PJ's and that we would be credited for the old ones in up to 5 days time. This was irritating in the extreme as what should have been a simple transaction was made complicated and unnecessary. We will now have to check ensure the money is returned.
