A friendly and helpful store. You kindly put aside a dress for my daughter which we subsequently bought along with a second dress. A nice experience.

It was easy to order my top and I had notification when it had arrived in store.

90% of my clothing is from Fat Face. Great quality at my price point. Never a quibble if returning an item. Great sale offers when available

Just passing the store, I popped in to browse through the sales and spotted a blue spring style skirt, perfect for work. I could only see a size 12 and tried it on but it felt a little roomy. I am a 'big 10' and asked the opinion of the shop assistant. We both agreed that a smaller size would have been a better fit and she looked online to order the required size. Thankfully she noticed that there was one in stock which was on a different rail to where I was looking. At the checkout I asked about any discount for my birthday as I receive emails from Fat Face, but was not sure if I had one. The assistant kindly honored a discount after I found proof of my d.o.b., which made my day, as I was not really meant to be spending money! I was pleased and thanked her for a good overall customer service and genuine helpfulness, then asked her name, which was Natalia, so I could post a well deserved review.

Summer, the assistant was incredibly pleasant and engaging. She asked about our day answered our questions and even cracked a joke. Great service.

Kept me informed of where my parcel was at all times including when delivery was delayed and potential new delivery date.

Ordered on line and my purchase was quickly available for me to collect. Staff were incredibly helpful, I wanted to exchange a purchased gift from another store - suede slip ons which were lightly different shades. The two Staff were so patient and helpful in searching for a matching pair. Thank you

Delivery to store was quick, however sizes on faux fur jackets was very big even though I ordered smaller size on brown one. Disappointed I could no longer get a smaller size in Teal faux fur, good quality & in sale Cardigan was thick, had to order smaller size as sleeves very long, good quality. I returned the brown fur jacket to store, the girl struggled to find on system, hopefully refund has gone through, as not had email? Refund hasn't gone through so I had to chase 11/3 with customer service & store; online chat are now dealing with it for me.

Excellent service from start to finish. Online & in store. Highly recommend. Their products are stylish & well made. Extra detailing that you wouldn't find on basic clothing from other stores. Lovely fabrics & colours...

Ordered online from the sale , but couldn’t track down my exact size , when I collected at store and tried it on it was a little too big , as anticipated but the store was super helpful , and found my size , so all good . A real bargain at £40 in the sale for leather Chelsea boots . Excellent !

The staff in the Taunton branch are lovely. They are always friendly, polite, respectful and always really helpful.

Lovely little store with really helpful staff so problem there at all. Sadly the pair of jeans I bought were such a poor fit and gaped really badly at the back when I sat down they were too uncomfortable. A belt didnt help that problem so they had to go back. Unusual because a size 12 in their other heans has always been a near perfect fit

Beautiful well made clothes, helpful, friendly staff who know their merchandise. I ordered a jacket on line, but it was a por fit. I went in to the store, hoping to find it in stock to try other sizes. Unfortunately they weren't carrying that jacket but advised on correct size, reordered for me and it was delivered in a couple of days. Then when I collected it, it was a perfect fit. I saw a bag I loved (Snoopy) and they pointed me to other items which I bought as Christmas presents - I know it's a bit early!
