Grerat service from the Tavistock store
Vicky at the Tavistock store was really helpful and patient when I was dithering about what to buy my wife as a present! Nothing seemed to be too much hassle - a credit to the Fatface.

Great Experience - friendly staff
Was great!
Dress didn’t fit so ordered other size to nearby store. It arrived within a couple of days so able to take one back & pick up & try on the reordered one at the same time 😊

Very Positive Shopping Experience
Have recently purchased from a FatFace shop as well as online. Very easy ordering, speedy delivery and efficient returns and refund process. Great fan of FatFace, clothes and shops, always helpful and friendly assistants in my experience, and no stress internet shopping.
