Plus the on line staff as I needed to exchange sizes quickly as the sweatshirt was a Christmas gift for my son who was flying back to Australia.
Also a great idea of Fatface is they make them for tall people, my son is 6ft 4in .

Great service both online and in the shop
I found a pair of trousers that I really liked in the shop, but sadly they didn't have my size. The shop assistant kindly tried to order some online and have them delivered free to the shop, but at that time the size was unavailable. When I went home, I tried to look again and found that they were in stock again (in the sale too) and I had them delivered free to the shop, where I could try them on before taking them home. Very efficient and friendly service in the shop, and also easy to order online.

Staff at Fat face Thame Oxfordshire are very friendly and professional.I was very pleased with an item I had bought there and they recommended I go on the website to see what was in the sale .I did that and ordered another two items .They were sent to the store and I collected them .The whole scenario was very quick and efficient 😃

I dont usually order on line but it worked well. Going to a local branch to collect the order was a pleasant experience and the staff were welcoming and efficient.
It saves on postage so it's win-win !!!.

I absolutely adore fat face clothing and specially knowing from my tags all clothing of my purchaser which are numerous are from India and Bangladesh ,Sizes are marvellous,cotton,silk all considered with earth ethics .I truly love all the styles and certainly know my favourite store online or direct in the shop which still always my favourite.Discovered this shop in Thame Oxfordshire and now hooked .

Quality clothes great staff
I ordered online and the items were delivered, some of the items were too big so I returned them to the local store. I then reordered the correct size and I then collected them from the store. Easy to do no hassle and good quality clothes. Staff at the Thame store were helpful and very pleasant to deal with.
