Great quality and great service.
I love FatFace products for its quality, smooth transactions, delivery and return/exchange policy and lovely personnel (I usually shop in their store at the Waterloo Station)
I have bought many items from FatFace in stores and online and always had a very good experience. My latest purchase was an Amy hoodie and a Page top, which I have in many colours.
I will be back for more.

Great service to receive at Waterloo station
I ordered a lovely dress online and got it delivered to the branch at Waterloo Station, where I have sometimes shopped in person. The member of staff was very nice, and I could try it on to be sure it fitted me before taking it home. Thank you for the service!

Easy to use website. Very convenient to be able to do click and collect for the next day. Staff at Waterloo Train stn shop were very polite and helpful.

Straightforward
It was a fast delivery and a very uncomplicated return. I ordered on a Sunday and the next day it was already at the store ready for pick up. When I realised it wasn’t the right size, all I had to do was to drop it back at the store and that was it, they dealt with it. No printing labels or trips to the post office. I will certainly use fatface again.

My saviour Tyra!!
I rushed into the store needed some shoes as I had stupidly left my trainers at home and, after a fancy event, only had heels to go to a concert- I would not have survived the night!!
Then the wonderful Tyra came, without judgement, and went on a search for what seemed an impossible task as there wasnt quite the right thing. She was so lovely and warm and listened to me waffle on for ages. As a shop owner myself and having been in retail for nearly 20 years, I know great service is hard to find these days, so this was an absolute joy of an experience!! Thank you Tyra - I had an awesome mum-night-out because of you!
