Ideal everyday dress
Ordered a lovely 👗 online which I thought would be ideal for cooler summer months which would also take me into Autumn. Beautiful fabric of good quality. Perfect. Unfortunately the neckline just didn’t suit me being a bit low and the ribbon adjustment didn’t work for me personally.
Returned it to my local Fatface shop where a lovely helpful assistant sorted a refund for me immediately.
I can’t fault Fatface ordering/delivery/returns systems highly enough. Deliveries are fast and reliable and I will be ordering more as a preferred shopping experience above other Companies.

Took three goes to get the sizing. 16 regular too long. 16 short too big. 14 short just right. Annoying that none of the local stores stock short length.

Returns are so easy if you collect from a store!
The staff at the Wells store are always so very helpful and friendly. I had ordered a blouse online to be delivered to the store so I was able to try it on. Sadly, for the first time ever, I was disappointed by my choice! However, a look around the store ensured I found a sweater which I liked a great deal more - for exactly the same price: £30 refund, £30 paid ('simples'!!)
