Excellent service at the Whitstable store
Item arrived at store in reasonable time. When I collected it, staff at the Whitstable store were very pleasant, prompt, and efficient serving - excellent customer service. Since COVID I rarely shop in-store but this encouraged me to visit the store more often.

Lovely Shop
Went to Fat Face Whitstable to take back some shoes that didn’t fit and came out with 2 lovely tops that caught my eye. Return was no problem and the lady who served me was very helpful going to the stockroom to look for my size. Also bought my husband a hat. Very well laid out shop. Will be going back.

Super quick delivery
My order came in super quick time and goods as expected. Great quality! I picked up from local FF store and the staff were absolutely lovely. I even ordered a dress on line after seeing one of the staff wearing it. Thank you

However, the delivery costs are quite high, especially when spending a significant amount. While the service and product quality are solid, the prices can feel a bit steep.

I really like Fat face click & collect…
I really like Fat face click & collect service I do object to paying a pretty high delivery cost although often spending a lot of money which I have recently done. I can collect in a small store only 15 mins away & I like to can choose the day to collect, the staff are lovely & very professional & suggested I try my ordered items on before leaving the store to save me a journey in case any were not right I'm glad I did as one of the 3 coats did not fit, so ordered a bigger size & it was in the next day to collect great service & my husband also bought a coat when he collected mine! They can be a little pricey but the quality is good & you get what you pay for!
