Everyone needs a Dionne
Everyone needs a Dionne when they are looking for an outfit. Just had a personal shopping experience with her at the Wimborne branch and she is amazing. I live in jeans and jumpers, she managed to coax me out of those and into outfits for a couple of big events that I feel comfortable in. Nothing was too much trouble and she managed to get everything in plus size petite for me. Go and see her if you need a wardrobe upgrade.

I also like that (at 5') they have a good selection of shorter length dresses (also extremely rare in most shops), so I bought two as they looked great

I ordered a Sussex jacket on line to be delivered to my local Fat Face. It was delivered before the estimated time of a week and I had a couple of emails keeping me informed. I picked it up from the store with no problems. The ordering and delivery was seamless and I absolutely love the jacket which is good quality, fits well and is stylish and I love the collar with a hood inside.

Excellent customer service given by the Wimborne Branch of FatFace. Always helpful and polite. Quality of clothes very good and value for money. Lovely colours and styles offer numerous choices. Only disappointing thing is that children clothes have been discontinued in store. I greatly enjoyed purchasing beautiful clothes for my grandsons in this store before this choice was removed.

Quick & easy purchasing experience
Purchased 4 items online which I collected from local store. Took home, tried on and returned 2 items to the store which were refunded within a couple of days.
Very happy with purchases - great to find jeans that have a sensible ‘short’ length,,, as much as I would love to have a 32 or 34” leg, that’s not going to happen.
Friendly staff in store and treats were gratefully received by my dog.
