Extremely helpful, welcoming staff
Today, whilst on my 2nd visit to Bowness this year, I visited FatFace again.
Emily & Zoe were so welcoming and extremely helpful in assisting me with what I was looking for. I really dont like shopping but they made the whole experience just fabulous.

FatFace Bowness on Windermere Store Great Service with a smile
We stayed inBowness on Windermere 11th July 2025. No visit is complete without a browse at one of our favourite shops FatFace. Emily &Maisy we’re so welcoming nothing was too much trouble. My husband bought a shirt which he wanted to wear straight away as he loved it so much but the collar was a little crumpled. Emily immediately offered to whip it upstairs and steam it . I also bought a lovely summer skirt. First class service with a smile they made our day. Be proud of yourselves Emily & Maisy you left a lasting impression on us and we will be back. The store is also beautifully presented. It is clear Emily & Maisy take great pride in the store and customer satisfaction going above and beyond.

Amazing friendly staff and clothes
Just been into Fat Face Bowness and purchased a Sussex Heritage Coat in brown cotton with a lovely check lining, a beautiful country style. Staff were so friendly and helpful, we’ll be visiting again soon.

The staff are so helpful and friendly at the Bowness store. They provided some useful tips for when I brought a Christmas jumper and even recommended me to go ‘tall’ because I’m over 6ft! I have recently purchased clothing at the fatface store in bowness, highly recommend shoppers to visit this store as staff are friendly and helpful and the quality of the clothes are stunning. I purchased midi cotton dresses very comfortable warm and cosy and goes well with plain black leggings or tights and a warm woolen soft black cardigan , denim jacket and socks from this store. All stunning clothing especially the autumn collection they have in store.
