I always enjoy shopping at Fatface as I like the styles and fabrics. I do find the sizing sometimes inaccurate and have bought items two sizes smaller on occasion for the right fit. The sleeves tend to be a bit long on me too. Sizing means that online purchases can be ill fitting which is a shame when it comes to sale items. So best to shop in person. The staff are always lovely whichever town I shop in.

Found great fitting jeans that are well made

The staff went above and beyond to help me with the incorrect billing and also ensured returned the amount with the best available options. I had an outstanding experience at Fatface Windsor, all thanks to Daniela. She went out of her way to help me find the right size, even calling different stores to locate it. Her dedication and friendly service were truly impressive and much appreciated!!

As soon as I entered the store I was welcomed by three staff members. Very welcoming, very helpful and had excellent customer service. They helped me look for everything I was looking for. I will definitely be visiting Fatface Windsor again.

Visited Fatface for the first time ever, in Windsor. It was the first shop I went into and just did not want to leave. More than the great stuff, was the friendliness and warmth of the staff there. Daniela, Pooja and Amrit are not only wonderful saleswomen but beautiful, vibrant human beings. They made us feel at home and looked after us so well. Store manager Pooja and her Team today made my day. They went the extra mile to help me place an online order for an item of very small size, that was out of stock in the store. They all were very friendly, kind and professional at the same time, even though I popped in to their store not long before closing time. They patiently looked up the item I was looking for, we had a friendly chat, and they served me with such a relaxed manner with a smile. Spot on visit!

I needed to return my item and it was a seamless no fuss process. That’s important too.

Windsor branch has one very unhelpful sales person who does not like to sell! I have requested a new pair of glasses since the one on display looked poorly and I was told there is not another pair in the store by one of the two ladies on duty only to be offered a new pair by the other, by Amritpal. On this occasion, I have spent my money in the store because of the second employee, however not every customer will have Amritpal on the shift when they are visiting the store.

It was such a pleasurable experience to visit this store that I felt compelled to come online and write a review. In a retail world where customer service is distinctly lacking visiting this store was an absolute joy. Thank you Amrit who very kindly assisted me she was warm friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there which says a lot for the store and staff as a whole. I will definitely be coming back.

Went in the shop today as noticed had a sale on. I managed to pick up a couple of real bargains for my son and then saw socks and got 4 pairs those too. The two members of staff at till were so friendly. A lovely shopping experience.

The clothes are good quality, the delivery to store service is fast and the staff are always really helpful.
