Bonkers policy
The staff at the Woolacombe store gave excellent service!
Did not like or expect to get lower blue light discount instore. Quite taken aback actually. Online 20% discount make effort to go to store 10%. Bonkers policy in my opinion (you did ask)

Delivered on time. One dress was just perfect. The bigger size I returned easily through the Post Office and received my refund very quickly. Great service.

The gentleman in the Woolacombe store…
The gentleman in the Woolacombe store was extremely polite and extremely helpful. The store was very inviting ,bright and airy.
Andy checked stock for me in store and then online. Unfortunately he didn’t have the stock in my size so checked online for me. I managed to find what I was looking for in Barnstable later in the day. I did make a purchase in store from Andy and the receipt was duly sent and received as advised. Well done Andy and staff at Woolacombe store.

Outstanding Service at Woolacombe
I recently had the most outstanding shopping experience at FatFace in Woolacombe.
They are always warm, friendly and super helpful. We were chatting at the till about a couple of my purchases, when I remembered I had been trying to locate a specific top online, I had tried various outlets that supply FatFace to no avail. However, Hannah at the store went above and beyond to assist me, she contacted another store to check for its availability and was able to reserve it for me! Thank you Hannah! I will be down to show you what it looks like when I’m back ;)
