I had to order 4 times with the waiter who finally then brought the food over. Order a draft Pepsi was given a glass bottle of coke, ordered fat hippo burger and chicken tenders, given on the wrong plate the tenders so had to eat off friends plate. Then only given chips whilst 2 friends have their meals my burger brought out 15 mins after they’d finished. Then I specifically ordered a buffalo chicken burger, chicken wasn’t fried it was sliced chicken it was overcooked inedible. No buffalo sauce and I left 3/4 of it. I said to the manager I’m not eating it as it’s not nice and not what I ordered. They said sorry come over with a card machine and 20% off my burger £3 off. Manager was Jo I said I’m not happy about this I’m still hungry but the food was horrible. She said nothing she can do didn’t offer to remake any food or make further reductions. Highly avoid awful service and awful food so many better places on bold street.

We were shown to our table, asked if we had any food allergies. I ordered wild bill , took about 10 minutes to arrive, Fries were amazing spicy hot tilapia the end burger was delicious, we will be returning to try another burger

I ordered the beef Born Slippy burger for delivery and they sent a vegan chicken burger instead. It looks like they sent me the Harlem Fake burger in error. This is the second refund I'm having to request on the same night! I ordered the Born Slippy burger and two milkshakes earlier this evening, and they only sent me the milkshakes. They tried to blame the delivery driver for that, but they can't blame the driver for sending the wrong burger. I have the receipt showing the Born Slippy burger was ordered, and I've taken a photo of the Harlem Fake burger they sent. I took their word for it that the original order was messed up by the driver, but now I doubt that is the case, and they are clearly error prone. Absolutely awful service, a failure to accept responsibility for their mistake, followed by a further mistake. Two hours later and I still don't have anything to eat. Avoid this place at all cost. I've experienced one error on a delivery order before, but never two on the same night from the same restaurant.
