I used to be inconsistent, undisciplined, with unhealthy eating habits, irregular sleep, and I couldn’t even run 200 meters without stopping. Since I started training with my coach Fatih, not only my running performance but also many aspects of my life have improved. Within just three months, I ran my first 10K.
He is extremely knowledgeable and well-equipped; his guidance goes beyond running workouts to include nutrition, sleep routines, lifestyle, heart rate training, and recovery strategies. He doesn’t just assign distances or paces—he explains why I should train a certain way, which muscle groups I need to strengthen, how I should fuel myself on different days, and how heart rate development works, all in a very clear and understandable manner.
One of the most important aspects of running is being able to progress without injuries. He always keeps this at the forefront, carefully adjusting training loads and heart rate zones to find the right balance. He takes into account my athletic background, health status, and daily life routine to create individualized solutions. His observations and guidance are spot-on, and every piece of advice has a real impact in practice.
He has a very motivating approach. His encouragement during tough moments and the way he values even my smallest achievements have made me fall even more in love with running. In short, with him you don’t just become a faster runner—you become a healthier and more conscious athlete.
