I was scammed out of $676 for a Tifa Lockhart statue. They responded to my emails at first advising me the statue was in stock. I paid the $676. Later I saw two invoices which one had paid and the other waiting for payment. I sent an email inquiring about the invoices. I heard nothing from that email. I only received one about shipping. Something seemed off so I canceled. An automatic response came that I would hear from them soon regarding a refund. I heard nothing! I sent numerous messages and they ignored me. I went on Instagram to contact them because on their website it specified to do so if necessary. I told them my experience and was blocked! I left reviews on Facebook explaining my experience and nothing! I know many believe they’re legitimate. If you have problems or cancel then it’s a game changer. Go some place else! These people aren’t worth it. I have to go to the attorney general and my credit card company regarding my refund. I’m just allowing more time so they can’t make excuses. Three days and that’s it. Two already passed. All they have to do is give me my money and they’re too trifling to respond to an email.

They just emailed me saying my order was ready to be shipped as soon as I paid the shipping. I emailed them back to ignore the other emails and just send it to save time and confusion. I paid $98. We’ll see what happens. I might amend the review.

No statue! They advised me it was shipped. On the UPS website, UPS never received the item. I contacted them and they said, “The item was shipped and will show once it gets to my country.” UPS isn’t that slow! I emailed them again yesterday showing them on the UPS site nothing has changed. I heard nothing else. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! In matter of fact, I ordered three statues from two other places and received them with no problem! Just this one!

Pre ordered 2 things from favorgk, pay they shipping/ rest of cost invoices no problem.
All of a sudden I get one of the 2 things to my house one day on the 14th. Box is beat up pretty badly, thankfully the merchandise was ok.
The packaging had very little padding to protect the product, 2 small sheets of bubble wrap that only covered two sides of the box leaving the other 4 directly against the shipping box.
I emailed them to tell them the box was damaged. They emailed me back saying we have no control over shippers which I understand but when I emailed back asking again for the status of the other order and that their packaging for their products was extremely poor, they emailed me back with the tracking for my other package & completely ignored or had no rebuttal to their poor packaging.
- So between getting no shipping notifications for either of the products until I had to reach out to get one of the two and their poor handling of even holding any accountability for the damage product, it's a site I can say I'm not going to return to anytime soon.

Ich hab dort erst neulich meine erste Resinfigur jemals bestellt. Natürlich war ich da wahnsinnig aufgeregt. Bei derartigen Lieferungen kann ja alles mögliche passieren und aus´m Ausland bestellen ist immer so ne Sache wo ich normalerweise vorsichtig bin. Ich hab mich an einen Guide gehalten (Eine Bloggerin, die Tipps zum Thema Bestellung und Empfehlungen zum Kauf von Resinfiguren gibt) und dadurch bin ich an diesen Shop geraten. Zugegeben meine Bestellung war jetzt nicht überdimensional teuer (ca. 150€ für eine 34cm Figur - Versand miteingerechnet) und es könnte auch sein, dass, wenn die Figuren teurer sind, auch der Versand etwas höher ausfällt. Aber Vertrauen bei diesem Shop ist, aus meiner Perspektive, auf jeden Fall da. Der Kundenservice war gut. Bei Adressenproblemen wurde mir sofort geholfen und falls man Fragen zum Versand hat (Kosten usw.), dann kann man sich dort gerne im Vorraus erkundigen (Man muss denen halt nur schreiben).
Das Paket war unfassbar gut gepolstert und die Figur seeehr hochwertig. Ich bin vollends zufrieden und konnte mir mal endlich nen kleinen Wunsch erfüllen, denn ich wollte schon als Kind mal so ein wundervolles Kunstwerk besitzen *-*

Sent wrong item, 2 months later still waiting for a resolution and they are chasing me for payment of 2 other statues now!

My credit card company is now having to get their money back

I got scammed for 299€ on their site. They didn't respond to my appeals and ignored me like a piece of sh**

DO NOT BUY FROM FAVORGK!!! I can't stress this enough if anything goes wrong with your order the company will not give you a full refund. Their quality is bad, the company is suspicious. The owner hides their information and the return address is not disclosed but comes from China. The store is a front for the manufacturer in China. The customer service is a joke, they are slow to help you and cannot do anything to help you, ultimately it has to be the manufacturer. I bought a figure from them that arrived broken. It had lights that were damaged and a battery compartment that broke off the figure. I asked for a replacement and they told me to fix it myself with the help of youtube videos. I told them I can't repair broken electronic pieces and they offered to give me $20 for my troubles. $20 of the $362 I spent on that crappy figure! Which is not worth the money by the way, because the statue looked used. The paint was chipped, scuffed and it looked like it was painted in a hurry (completely different from what was displayed on their website).
So after I asked for my money back they ghosted me and refused to answer my emails. I had to contact PayPal about a refund and suddenly they were super attentive to my issue. They offered a "full" refund which wasn't a full refund because they kept my deposit, if I could return the item. It had to be in their original packaging which at the cheapest courier was going to cost me $360 to return to China! Thats how I found out their return address is to China which is something they don't disclose with you. Something that isn't posted in their return policy....the large cost for return shipping! The courier let me know a lot of companies like this are scams that run business through China and produce poor/broken quality items knowing the buyer can't afford to ship them back.
PLEASE PLEASE AS A WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM FAVORGK! Go anywhere else. This store is a scam. Don't give them your money because if something goes wrong they are going to do everything they can to keep your money.

I honestly wish I could give 0 stars.

Moon Glow Studio - Super Sailor Mercury Update. (Hopefully last one)

I have been in contact with many moonies who also have this figure like me. Overall, people are very disappointed with the quality of the figure. Like ones you display you don't want to touch at all because of the quality.

Issues I had;
Small pieces don't sit well, they can drop any minute
Broken "S" letter on the base.
Broken water piece on the base.

I will try to explain in the best way I can. It is a bit complicated and I am not native English user so.

Today I have returned the figure to FavorGK. It was a hard decision to make. It is because; figure has arrived damaged, they offered me a change for the broken water piece, however they told me that "S" wasn't broken but had fallen off. - which I was agreed at the start.
I agreed during weekdays, and when I had time on the weekend, I just had a look, and "S" was clearly broken. I am adding a picture to here as well, you can see where it's got snipped. I sent these pictures as evidence to FavorGK, however all they say is that "Moon Glow" confirmed it is not broken , fallen off. - Which isn't the case. So they didn't offer me replacement for broken "S"

After "S" discussion, they told me that I can return the figure, however they can't refund me shipping cost - 95GBP, and also I have to cover return shipping cost £59. I paid an additional £7 for insurance so returned for $59. However I know FavorGK didn't ship me fully insured - would cost me £52.
Issues with FavorGK;

If the figure arrives broken, they want you to cover shipping costs to you, and back. (Costs me £95+£59 =£154)
they changed me £95 for a shipping fee which would cost me £52 (considering I am a private user, so ship from higher rate compared to them) - also in trustpilot here is a complain about this from favor GK.
or
If I don't want to return - they won't replace the broken "S" because it is not broken.

So I opened a Paypal case. This is where numbers might get complicated.

I paid £55 for preorder in Jul (over 6 months ago not covered by Paypal)
I paid £260 for rest of figure + shipping to UK When I open a paypal case, they can't cover £55 as it is more than 6 months ago, and paypal doesn't cover return shipping cost which costed me £59.

So returning this figure cost me £55+£59 = £114 loss. However I wanted to return this, based on very poor customer service from FavorGK - I didn't want to have anything from them, and I was mentally tired seeing Sailor Mercury figure - so I didn't want the figure anymore.

Considering all of these, of course I contacted Paypal 2 times, these procedures don't actually protect buyers , and especially pre-order seems like none of them can be recovered by buyers, because of long waiting times. So Paypal agreed the situation I was in was not really the best. So they sent me 2 vouchers of £20+£40 that I can use on my return shipping. End of the day, I was losing £114 , paypal recovered £60 of it. so I only ended up losing £54, which I am so grateful to Paypal.

I ended up losing £54, 3 weeks or arguing with FavorGK, and I've loved that figure and don't want anymore. I didn't get the refund of £260 yet, as I shipped today - fingers crossed.

I know this has been very very long, but from my experience, I wouldn't recommend any moonie to use FavorGK - and strongly encourage to use Trustpilot please, because FavorGK is a well known retailer with only 10 reviews. If we leave more reviews maybe they would care more?

Great site where there are many variations of anime statues, got a Pokémon Charizard statue order from FavorGk on February 1 and received today April 14 very well packed the statue , and their customer service is very friendly and answer your questions very quickly so really great, the costs for the shipping are sometimes a bit expensive so definitely keep that in mind, but for the first time my experience with FavorGK very good 5 stars

Avoid at ALL COST! They will rob you dry with the shipping cost and pretend there are no other options. They are currently asking me $95 USD to ship a 15cm Pokemon figure. There is NO WAY shipping from China is that expensive especially when compared to other shops who sells the very same item, also shipping from China, and ask 1/4 of what FavorGK is asking for the shipping. On top of that they will hold you hostage with the deposit you dared pay at the time of the initial order and make threats like “if you refuse to pay shipping the order will be canceled in 30 days and we do not refund the deposit” to force you to pay their excessive shipping cost. To make things worse I actually have an other 15 cm Pokemon figure on order and they are making everything in their power to REFUSE and make it impossible to ship them together to help me save a bit of money. They basically want me to pay $200 USD to ship 2 x 15 cm toys. Really suspicious shop behaviour. I highly regret placing an order with them and I will never be back!
AVOID please buy from other shops, they are not the only ones to sells statues!!

Slow to communicate, I had to constantly chase up on the status of my order after I made final payment. Then when it was finally posted out, they sent it to the wrong address (not just a street over, but 2500 kilometres away). Apparently this was my postal service's fault that they put the wrong address on my package. Don't bother asking for a refund. They don't do them. Never again!

An sich ist der Laden gut aber neuerdings nehmen sie das Doppelte oder auch das Dreifache an Versandkosten als ihre Konkurrenz (FNC). $275 an Versand für eine Figur wobei andere Läden für die Gleiche gerade einmal um die $100 berechnet haben. Finde ich absolut nicht in Ordnung und werde fortan auch nicht mehr dort bestellen

I order my first resin statue from FavorGK and it came within a month. It was packaged carefully to ensure it wouldn’t be damaged and the figure is very nice!! I’m very happy with my experience with them!

Ich war erst skeptisch, da man erst nur den Preis für die Figur zahlt und später erst die Kosten für den Versand mitgeteilt bekommt.

Aber Zweifel waren schnell verflogen. Ich hatte zwar das Pech, dass es nochmals Lockdown in China gab, aber auf jede Nachfrage wurde umgehend geantwortet.

Habe Ende März bestellt und Mitte Juli nun endlich die Figur in einen einwandfreien Zustand erhalten. Aber längere Versandzeit war zu erwarten.

Man muss bei Bestellung den Preis und Versanddauer berücksichtigen. Wenn Beleuchtung dabei ist, benötigt man noch einen Adapter für EU.

Ich kann jedem diese Seite empfehlen, wenn es um hochwertige Figuren und super Kundenservice geht.

I have bought lots of PVC anime figures before but this is the first time I got a resin figure. The transaction from preordering to receiving my order was painless and simple. This store has earned my trust and will be my go-to for resin figures from now on.
