They promise a free fax - costs 0.99¢. 7-day trial is a smoke screen. CHarges began 2 business days after for the full month. STAY AWAYB !!

Total scam artists!

I cancelled this app immediately as it did not work it sent my files to my doctors office all distorted and blank! Now over a month later, they go into my account and take money! This is theft! I cancelled the app I cancelled the subscription yet they still went into my account

Too expensive, when you cancle you have to pick a reason why then click cancel AGAIN. That 2nd time cost me $19.

Habe meine Kreditkarte unmittelbar nach der Nutzung sperren lassen. Überlege mir, ob ich noch ein Faxgerät kaufen muss, um mit Behörden zu kommunizieren, die noch nicht einmal eine e-mail Adresse haben. Ohne Worte.

It deceives people and sneaks to get loads of money in monthly subscriptions. And to make it worse the EXTREMELY important documents I was faxing (and thought it was a one time fee) turned up on the receivers end too dark to even read. The situation fell thru and I had to start the lengthy process again.

What a scam. The "free" fax runs you $0.99 and then wraps you into a $24.99 a month freaking subscription after 3 days!! It is not and was NOT clear that I'd be wrapped into a subscription, and at 3 days you can clearly tell this place is a scam.

Plus, the fax took 15 minutes, yet 15 minutes to send. This is about as bad and manipulative scam service as there is.

Horrible company. Complete scam. They take the 0.99 and then charge your charge without notice for $24.99.

What disingenuous company with shady business practices that are deplorable.  You billed me in an egregious manner.  I only signed up for a one-time activity and charge and yet you billed me a subscription - shameful! 

What a scam. The faxes went thru and was supposed to cost $0.99. I ended up getting charged a monthly $19.95 fee with no way of stopping it. Emailed the company 2x, no reply. I had to call my bank to block them. Never again.

Don't use this service. It is a vehicle to start a subscription, even though there is absolutely no mention of this on the web page. 99 cents is not unreasonable to send a fax one time. Too bad they can't be legit.

Folks, I come here to warn you from personal experience. It’s Labor Day weekend, got no time for this, but have to get the word out. This business will allow you to get the “freebie” fax or .99 cent package for a week, the hit you with massive reoccurring fees. Fortunately, BOA has seen it from them and reversed the fraudulent charges. They did multiple charges in 10 days, over $50 for a 2 page fax. Listen, go elsewhere for the fax, don’t do it here. Labor Day 2026, let’s go. Shout out to BOA, had me covered.

Beware, scam! First fax was supposed to be free. Showed free right up to the point of sending then the price was $24.99 but discounted price was 99 cents which I paid with a credit card. Two days later they billed my credit card $24.99. Had to cancel my credit card. Not even sure the fax was delivered as you don't get a confirmation, only on their website it shows delivered. Will never use them again!

Le site indique un 1er fax gratuit, sans CB à renseigner et sans engagement, mais il faut finalement payer 0,99€ pour envoyer le fax et il faut ensuite annuler l'abonnement souscrit pour ne pas payer l'abonnement de 24.99€ par mois par la suite.
Par ailleurs, le fax que je souhaitais envoyer n'a pas été envoyé et j'ai donc dû trouver une autre solution pour l'envoi du document.
Il n'est pas non plus possible de supprimer le document.

Truffa, lasciate perdere questo sito! C’è scritto che il primo invio è gratis ed invece si prendono € 0,99 e come se non bastasse fanno partire un abbonamento automatico di € 24,99! Ho scritto due mail per il rimborso e non si sono neppure degnati di rispondere!

They scam you be offering a "free" faxing service and are not transparent about about signing you up to a subscription without your consent. Then you receive a 34.99 CAD charge a week later.

It’s a scam, just as many other customers have reported. I paid $0.99 for a fax, but then I noticed another $24.99 charge on my credit card. I'm not aware of signing any agreement for the subscription, they charge without my consent!

Deceptive website. Literally says "First fax free, no card required." on the landing page, but it turns out the first fax isn't free at all, and required a credit card payment, at which point they try to trick you into a $25/month subscription.

Betrug!!!
Wenn man ein Fax für 0,99€ versendet, was nicht mal schnell ankommt, schließt man scheinbar automatisch einen Vertrag ab. 24,99€ werden dann später zusätzlich abgebucht. Eine Kündigung war nicht sofort über die Seite möglich sondern erst nachdem die 24,99€ abgebucht wurden. Zusätzlich bekommt man keine Maild oder Ähnliches zugesendet über Aufträge, Zahlung etc.
