I had an order from them with 2-3 business days shipping. I made the order on 27th of September. On the 11th of October I was contacting them, they said is coming between 14-17th.
After I have got an email and said the courier might leave it in the neighbourhood if no one is home and I should notify my neighbour about it.
The problem with this situation is:
-why should I go to people who I don’t know and don’t want to contact?
Anyway I did and they didn’t reply at the door never. However the building is closed and all the couriers are leaving packages in the lobby what they can’t deliver by hand, they left on a random number.
Was not sense to give anybody who is not me and not on my address..
So I did contact them again but they weren’t helpful, first they offered replace and I said please.
They never replied again..

I am leaving this review to give hope to those who have already placed an order.
Very poor communication, excuses to gain time; but after nearly 1 month, many emails sent, threatening to involve relevant authorities. Finally, I received my order (delivered by amazon).
From my honest point of view, I cut one star for late delivery and a second because I had to insist on writing emails to get a reply.

I ordered a gaming mic from you 20/10/22 and still have not received it despite being given a delivery date of 23/10 1-3 (Waited in all day) and then told it would be delivered yesterday 26/10 between 1-3 again we were in all day and night. The AMAZON tracking number does not work so I cant check if it has really been sent out! This is a birthday gift for the weekend and I really feel let down. If you cant get it to me I just want my money back.

Order not yet delivered and they're saying it's out of stock.There is no contact number only email which keeps repeating the story of sold out quickly.
They aren't saying anything about cancelling and refund my money
Looks like these people are dropshiping and not having their own stock and are unprofessional as wrong 000000 contact numbers appear on their website.

Do not buy, these people are fraudulent. There's no way to contact them. I bought an Akaso camera and looking to send it back as wrong model. Sent over 5 emails to them to process a refund, no response from them.

They are not on any social media platform.

Similar experience with other reviewers: ordered an air fryer, and the wrong model turned up (within a few days) to the wrong address (2 doors down). Customer support is hard to reach to arrange refund and collection of the wrong item. Quite suspicious of whether the delivery of the wrong item to the wrong address is a genuine mistake, or a bit of a scam.

Item arrived out with the delivery date I was told, unsealed and without any external packaging, then when opened looked like someone’s return that was badly boxed together, unsurprisingly a component was damaged. Tried countless times to contact customer services, to begin with they responded once (unhelpful) in 24hours and this went on for days, eventually they stopped responding and matter is still unresolved. Don’t waste your money.

Edit: Just read the reply! I’ll reiterate that regardless of what they say I am still waiting for a reply from them as I’ve not heard back, so that response just adds insult frankly.

Sent to wrong address didn’t get product very bad incompetent customer service

Missed first delivery deadline. Second deadline: Said they left with a neighbour, who says that they didn't and I believe the neighbour. Third deadline: Missed. Four deadline: Cancelled the order, the reason being that they had already lost enough money on the lost delivery. Accuses neighbour of stealing. Even if they had, why does that mean that I shouldn't get my items? Currently waiting on the refund.

Ordered product late on 6th October 2022...fantastic price and much cheaper than amazon.....then read reviews which were either 5 star (70%) or 1 star (30%). A little delving showed 1 star reviews were either for delayed receipt or refunds for items no longer attainable....so hopefully for best, but expected the worst....to my surprise it was delivered on Sunday, 10th October 2022....have to say I was impressed with fbadiscounts!!

Have since been back to place more specific orders, but items have all been out of stock.

The item was very reasonably priced and they even gave me an extra promotional discount that I was unaware I was entitled to. The item arrived quicker than I expected for the standard delivery that I had selected. Overall a good retail experience.

Goods arrived quickly and well packaged. Not used item yet so cannot comment on performance, but looks good.

I am satisfied with a timely delivery but you guys providing non-trackable information of the package.

This was my second order and it arrived much quicker than my first order . Best price around. Will use again ! Edit...two further orders since my review, one got sent to wrong address , next order didn't arrive, so after a month emailing I requested a refund. Shame really as this was a regular order for them, but won't be using them again. On the plus side , they always respond quickly to emails.

Ordered a Cosori 5L airfryer from this company on the 18th September. Received an email a few days later saying there might be a delay but to expect it on or before the 7th October. Nothing arrives. Contacted them again on the 11th and was asked to confirm address. Did so and heard nothing back even though I once again asked for an update. On the 13th a totally different, and much cheaper, air fryer arrives delivered by Amazon. Not impressed, I want a full refund or the product I ordered and this other parcel to be removed from my house.

Ordered over two weeks ago for a delivery that should have arrived in 2-4 days.
Email send to me yesterday saying there are re-delivering today but still no delivery. This was a gift for my daughters birthday over a week ago.
