Bad Theme Pack and Don't Refund
Bought their theme pack which came with some locked theme that required me to pay like $300+ and they were just all ugly bad themes tbh (not at all "premium" like the title). I then asked for a refund and they never got back to me even though on their website it states "100-Day Money-Back Guarantee", which is even illegal to do...
