I have had a terrible experience with this retailer. They sent my sofa in 3 boxes,one box arrived,the other two didn't. Now I have part of my sofa,almost 2 months since ordered. There is no number to call and my emails are replied after more than a week.

I couldn’t be happier with this futon! It strikes the perfect balance between firm and comfortable — supportive enough to feel sturdy and well-made, yet still soft enough to relax on for hours. Whether sitting upright or lying down, it provides consistent comfort without feeling too hard or too plush.
The cover material really stands out. It’s thick, strong, and clearly built to last. You can immediately tell it’s high quality, with a durable feel that still looks great and feels comfortable to the touch. It gives the whole futon a premium, well-crafted appearance.
Communication throughout the shipping process was excellent. I especially appreciated the video update — such a thoughtful and reassuring touch! Tracking information was comprehensive and available the entire way, so I always knew exactly where my order was. The whole experience felt professional and transparent from start to finish.
Highly recommend this futon to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding customer service!

The customer was a bit slow but responsive. I ordered a sofa and it is very legit for the price. Too bad the zippers are white and not hidden. It clashes a bit with the sofa. I got tempted by others items and there the quality is not always there… especially for a rug : it is a spam. The picture does not correspond to the quality of the final product. So if it is for the sofa go, but be careful with the other items. The quality does not encounter the price.

Incredible customer service and support. I realised I bought the wrong size sofa and they changed and refunded me the difference with no issue. Sent a video of the boxes packaged and sent out. There was a small issue my side with the post service in the UK which had to be sorted by the sender - they sorted this so quickly and were so responsive and helpful. The sofa is perfect, legit couldn’t recommend highly enough :)

Their VacuumLuxe Compression Sofa is great! I would like to thank this merchant and hope that their product quality can be maintained.

Scam. Orders two chair, they came come a long tong after and said there was an issue with the payment. Haven’t seen my money since.
