Mr Adrian Smart in his position as due diligence agent completely failed to recognise the money laundering activities of Ali Ansari (hint - that isn't a Cypriot name) on behalf of the IRGC via his Isle of Man registered holding company Birch Ventures Limited. Ansari has now been sanctioned by the UK govt and has had his assets frozen.

FCLS have setup an LLP for us and I have been very impressed with the services FCLS provide. Their services are clearly defined and reasonably priced as well as being delivered efficiently and effectively. Their advice was sound and they showed flexibility in meeting our needs. I would have no hesitation in using their services again in future and in recommending them to others.
