Always amazing service and availability

I’m a wholesale account with no wholesale discount, but I did the underselling on the part ETA so it kind of makes up for it still sucks, though with not even having a 5% discount, which is as provides for my business.

It’s been great so far. I’ve been ordering from this website for a while. It would be nice if some of the smaller liquids are tad cheaper. I tend to order those from Amazon like liquid Molly cleaners, Cera tech etc.

The folks at FCP Euro are awesome. I needed parts for my 02 Volvo and their tech went right down to the chassis code to make sure I got the correct parts. Everything fit like a glove! I highly recommend FCP Euro!

I ordered a cabin air filter for my 2017 Audi Q5 filter came fast but if I'm going to order parts for my Audi it will be from FCP Euro because of the original parts don't want to be installing cheap knock off parts I will trust FCP Euro

There was limited parts for my vehicle and the shipping said it would be here by now and now it says another week. Also the prices are really high compared to other vendors the reason I ordered here was it said it would be faster and I had to out source all my other parts because you do carry them. After writing my review, I was contacted by FCP euro and their customer service is excellent. They’re willing to make everything right expedite my parts and if they didn’t have the part, they were willing to find the part so I really appreciate the service in the timely response I got back.

Great selection of parts with reasonable prices. The lifetime replacement program is great. The videos are most helpful for DIYers. Keep doing them. Sometimes it's hard to connect with a live person for help. I wish this was better

Always reliable! Best place to get oem+oem or OEparts! Shipping is pretty quick and lifetime warranty is great. Appreciate everything yall do for the community! IMHO the only thing I'd say personally is pricing could be a little more competitive. I have purchased some parts at competitive companies for the same thing or better for a better price. Gotta do it w this economy!

I have order parts from FCP many times I trust the process and the quality of the products and have not had any unwanted surprises. I do wish that some of the products descriptions had bit more detail when it comes to the “Kits” regarding all the hardware ware that will be included as I have made the mistake a few times and have doubled up on certain hardware items. A great place to get my SAAB and Landrover parts.

The delivery time is perfect i have not had a problem with a package coming in later than it should and the product is good quality

FCP Euro had the automobile part I needed for my Volvo car. The price I paid was fair & reasonable. FCP's online ordering and fulfillment is pretty good - excellent, gets the job done.
