Rizwana and the team did an excellent job handling my case, from start to finish. They were attentive, assertive and definitely knew what they was doing. The balance of professionalism and friendly approach was very accommodatable each call I had with them, I felt at ease leaving them with my claim. If you are a tenant looking for a clued up crew to help you out, it's these guys.

I found my application easier than expected and amielia was very helpful and she guided me through the process and helped me to get my claim up and running alot quicker and easier than I have experienced before with other companies.

From start to finish FDM has been super helpful with my case. Ellie was my case manager and she has been prompt with replying to any messages or emails. My case has only been on going for just over 3 months and I didn’t expect it to be done so soon. I’m hoping I won’t have this situation again but I will know who to go to if I need any further support.
