Feedbird has an easy to use platform for businesses who don't have time to manage their own social media. On top of that, the content they create is amazing, and way better than anything I could ever do on my own. Their team has also been friendly, easy, and responsive to work with. I'm so glad I found them!

The feedbird team has done a fantastic job creating engaging and educational content for my non-profit! They've taken my direction at the beginning of our engagement and consistently delivered quality results with very little guidance every month! I'm grateful for their contributions and for making my job so much easier knowing my social media channels are in great hands!

It's not always how you start but how you finish. There was a bit of a rough start; however, how Feedbird handled things was impressive. They move quickly to resolve my communication issues. A great social media partner is what I've been looking for for a long time. They handle all my requests and follow my directions well. With 18 years in Social Media, I've been very impressed.

When my social media manager left I needed a solution for my business. Being a solopreneur wearing all the hats can be exhausting and I knew I needed to keep my social accounts going. I debated over several services and ultimately chose Feedbird. It has only been two months so far but they have been great to work with. They have a great workflow and are pretty quick in getting all the content together and seen to have a good grasp on my brand and are happy to work with me when I have specific ideas. Can't wait to see what else I can accomplish with Feedbird!

A great Scam to continue billing monthly.

Feedbird uses only AI generated photos grabbed off the internet. The best of this upside down grab your $ & run company? The PHOTOS they send for approval are dim, sometimes actually tilted while EVERY time they resubmitted their AI generated ads, ideas, verbiage etc they obviously pulled from a 2 year + old VERY outdated source ..FEEDBIRD NEVER once responded!!! rather sent yet another infuriating incorrect no longer current updated viable BRAND NAME along with correct verbiage. Using my ads created by "yours truly" from 1.5 to 2 years back!!! Hellooooo----My brand name has changed 3x's in the last 3 years .....obviously their bots nabbed not only OLD OUTDATED VITAMIN BOTTLE PICS + MY created by me AD wording off the internet somewhere. Pathetic & a total waste of my hard earned $321.18 ... Check out their refund policy its a joke...READ ON! per google:

Love working with the Feedbird team. Blerta and Dina, especially. It did take a month or so for us to tune in with my brand and services, but things run smoothly now.

They are very responsive to any requests, and work with us to revise the content to fit our needs.

Amazing experience with Feedbird. It is like having your own agency in house. I have been using their monthly services for social media posts, videos and ad services and I couldn’t be happier. They do all the work per your strategy and feedback and their creatives are top notch. All you need to do is approve or requests changes. Turnaround time is almost instant and they do all the work for you.

Very smooth and the quality is a lot better than I was expecting

This experience was absolutely horrendous. I was highly recommended by one of my close friends to use them. I manage over 72 clients and a lot of them have social media which we assist with managing. As a one time trial, we sampled the product with one of our clients, not only was the project delayed, but it was extremely challenging to work through. Lastly, the actual final product was nothing what was advertised. I felt extremely mislead and the entire experience fell short. I do not recommend using them specifically for the social media posts. The quality felt very introductory and was just not solid.

I just started with feedbird and the feed back I am getting with my posts and ads have been great so far. I have more time in my business to focus on other important tasks.

Great quality of posts and truly a great value. Admirably, they have adapted over time. They have different creators, so things don't get stale. They truly do their homework to make this an asset to use for the social media presence we need. They have proven themselves and have maintained their pricing and we'd recommend (and have) them to any company.

Loving Feedbird. It takes the socials off my hands but still gives me control over the end result given their review process. The onboarding was extremely thorough and it was evidenced by the first round of content they created - there were very few edits required.
