Fast delivery, and helpful customer service team.

Beware of this company. I was not happy with the product quality from first delivery so decided to cancel the subscription and return the unopened second shipment. Have already contacted them 2 times and no reply at all from them regarding the return.

Love this matcha

Love Reformed, I have the blueberry flavour which I add to coconut milk and frozen mango. I no longer bloated and eating much healthier than before. Would highly recommend.

I’ve had plain, vanilla and strawberry matcha! I love all three, i think I’d be a more regular vanilla or plain buyer as you can build from them. Strawberry is quite specific!

I love the energy it gives me and by having this in the morning I’m finding I’m not as hungry

The taste of the Matcha is better than any Ive had in a coffee shop and it’s got so much more in it

Customer service is not good - I haven’t had a reply about my order and tried using the phone number on the contact section of the website (which is disconnected). They seem to be making it very hard to contact them.

Tell you the truth I wasn’t too sure about this product since I’ve been taking it. I have felt more active and less hungry.💪👌

FAKE 60-day return policy, I requested to cancel my subscription & refund as £90GBP per month just to enjoy a rich smooth mug of coffee in the morning is expensive.

REFORMED’s Protein Coffee 1 month pouch contains 20ish mugs of delicious coffee, but Customer Support recommend having 2 servings to feel the benefits of their coffee supplement. This means you actually need 3 pouches per month, which equates to £90GBP per month, this isn’t viable for most people considering the economic climate.

I have followed REFORMED’s 2 mug daily routine for nearly a month (just started my third pouch) & apart from enjoying a rich smooth mug of delicious coffee, I haven’t felt any of the benefits of drinking this coffee: I haven’t felt an improved level of focus or energy, nor have I seen any improvement in muscle form. My PT *Personal Trainer says these products are just gimmicks & he suggested if I wanted to increase my protein intake I should have a 2 egg scrambled on sourdough & buy coffee beans for filtered coffee; cheaper, tastier & healthier.

Reformed don’t even abide to the UK’s Consumer Rights Act 2015. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY & ITS POLICY & COFFEE

Amazing taste better than shop bought ones and make it better because I can make my own flavours each day with my own syrups. I feel more energetic and my skin is glowing 10/10!!!

I ordered the matcha and thought it was a one off offer. It was a sub, so before I knew it another one was on the way. How I hate this new way of selling. Anyway, I emailed and eventually received a lable to return my unwanted product. Since then I have been ghosted, not refunded, my product will have arrived as I received a proof of postage. Not impressed at all with the CS, in fact wholly disapppointed. The matcha tasted nice, but the service leaves a very bitter taste and I would never use them, or recommend them. I await my refund still.

I made a ONE TIME PAYMENT a month ago and all of a sudden I receive more matcha from an order I didn’t even make. They took £69.99 out of my bank account when I NEVER consented to a monthly subscription whatsoever.

Fast delivery and great tasting matcha better than other brands.

I selected vegan collagen at point of order, received the wrong product containing fish so queried this and received a quick response inferring that it was my mistake and Reformed have not responded to a subsequent request for a refund.

I was careful about what I ordered as I scoured through all the options to ensure I got the vegan option.

Do not trust they will send what you ask for or respond with respect to any customer queries.

Fraudulent company, please stay away.

I made a one time order with discount. They opened an account and put it forward as a subscription. I returned their second shipment with a lot of difficulty- Stephen from customer service kept me hanging for 3weeks saying " cannot issue returns label" then I sent them a legal letter and within an hour the returns label was available. I returned the shipment, have not received a refund and now they just charged me for another month without authorisation.

Only companies who do that are fraudulent ones who don't have a real biz or product. Stay away.

Have started with the coffee and I am completely happy with it. I feel with more energy during the day. Taste is great and scent is lovely. I feel that my snack cravings during the day have decreased. It is an amazing product!
