Wonderfully cooperative team
I have had great experiences with Feelsafe. I'm a foreign student in Austria and I received both of my health insurance ad travel insurance from Feelsafe. They have excellent customer service and I received immediate help whenever I knocked with questions and confusions. The team is very responsive and helpful.

Extremely responsive
Extremely responsive, very quick, I was basically granted the Residence permit one day after I applied at FeelSafe, after a month of trying with other companies. Great customer service!
After 15 months of using it - I just used it for 2 doctor visits that would amount me to more than 300e of bills. Everything was refunded in 2 weeks by Uniqa and it really gives you feeling of security!

I really love it!!!!
I really love it. Im used to have a private insurance in my home country and that was one of my biggest fears when I was deciding to come here, cause I really wanted to feel the same treatment, to have the best doctors, not to wait a lot to have an appointment etc and literally I found everything with you!!

You will not find better customer service
Honestly the best online customer service I have ever experienced. They were the most helpful in figuring out everything from permit renewal paperwork, initial moving documents, I even signed up for the wrong type of insurance and no questions asked they switched coverage and forwarded money within a day. The people behind the chat function really know their stuff and they go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I have always had an answer by email within 24 hours. Thanks FeelSafe!

Great Service, Quick Responses, Easy to Deal With
I've found dealing with Feel Safe to be really easy. I've had to request a few changes to my policy as well as extra documents (re Covid-19 coverage) and they were super quick to reply and get me everything I needed. I highly recommend Feel Safe!

I got travel insurance for myself and…
I got travel insurance for myself and my family. I didn't receive a confirmation email for my insurance so I contacted online chat. They replied immediately and very friendly. I got the confirmation email in a few minutes. After a few hours, I realized I made mistake when I wrote my wife's name and I had to contact them again. And they solve the problem in five minutes. If you are looking for Insurance I really recommend this company.
